My fiance got my engagement ring here. The ring had sharp edges around the stone. We had to send it back not even once but TWICE. When we picked that up they didn’t even give us papers from the ring. We thought maybe they forgot. We went back in couple of weeks, but we were told that the paperwork have not even been issued. All our address etc were wrong. Mandy -the woman that assisted my husband through all this time quit recently, did all wrong.
Today when we were at the store to check on release papers we were assisted by Jasmine. Very lovely girl. I asked my engagement ring to be cleaned. Which she said take just couple of minutes. When she brought it back I put my ring on right away to try it with wedding bands we are planning to purchase soon. We tried couple of options, but we had to leave. We needed to go to another store and the mall was supposed to get closed at 6PM, so we left Tiffany. Later when I was in my car I noticed my finger is scratched. I checked and saw that two stones from the band of my engagement ring are missing. Now I will have to drive back to address this issue. I do not understand what happened to the quality of Tiffany. I am Soooo disappointed. I guess now I will have to purchase my wedding band from another store. Hope they can fix at lease my engagement ring.

KoP store has the worst customer service. I went to get jewelry cleaned never communicated that extra buffing would cost more. Jewelry was not cleaned the way I wanted. They said they don't give bags. I didn't purchase anything?. Philadelphia Tiffany store is so much better and treat you just like you are as high end as their product.

I walked into the store not expecting what I experienced. KUDOS to TIFFANY who works at TIFFANY & CO at this King of Prussia location. I purchased a bracelet from this store for my daughter's golden 19th birthday and wanted to make it a surprise for her. Tiffany worked with me extensively via text coordinating our arrival and also flowers I ordered. The day of, we came into the store and she had the most amazing experience laid out for us! She had macaroons, water and a private little office to celebrate and sing Happy Birthday to my daughter! they were so courteous and warm that it really made the day special for us! TIFFANY you have a life long customer now for all our special occasion purchases!

I'm in the hallmark of my life, as I met a woman of my life, and I wanted to celebrate it by giving my fiancée a particular engagement ring.
Ankit Chatarjee, at Tiffany &Co. in the KOP Mall, King of Prussia, PA, has been helping me from the beginning of this journey. Ankit made the experience of getting my fiancée's ring pleasant and unforgettable. He is knowledgeable, gentle, thorough in explanation, and consistent in communication. He is also genuine and friendly. When the ring finally arrived, he celebrated with me. I feel blessed to have met Ankit, as he and Tiffany & Co., KOP Mall delivered my fiancée’s dream ring and the bracelet I’ve always wanted to have.
I highly recommend Tiffany & Co. King of Prussia for an engagement ring or other jewelry pieces. I hope you let yourself have the same pleasing experience I had here.

I stopped by Tiffany because my boyfriend asked me to go look at engagements to get some idea what I would like. I was hoping to get an engagement ring from Tiffany since our promise ring is from Tiffany . I was helped by an Asian female that did not want to explain anything to me, gave me one word answers when I asked a question ,stared at me weirdly when I asked questions, unwilling to take rings out for me to look at. So I left and went to Cartier and they were much more helpful. So, yeah. I won’t be buying anything from Tiffany any time soon.

Today I entered and Never encountered employees who did not want you in their store. I simply walked in and said hello and was looking at the jewelry, my parents were looking as well but the one lady secretly pointed at my dad to another staff in simple words saying to watch out for him! I’m so disgusted on how my family was treated and keep in mind I’m of colored and people that were shopping in the store were Caucasian and was treated with so much respect! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Tiffany of King of Prussia. My sales assistant was Miss Haley. She was very helpful & welcoming. She showed me very tasteful options. Even got me a jewelers loop to inspect the rings with no questions asked. Not every jeweler will do this. They take it as an insult. After we got to talking she is a local in my families town. Unfortunately I’m out of fingers for rings. If I ever want an upgrade I will definitely be back. Thank you again Miss Haley. Excellent service from beginning to end.

Every time I come here, i get treated so well. Yesterday happens to be the best shopping experience i have had, ever! We went to Tiffany's first to have my bracelet fixed. And then we looked at rings and i got a very pretty one. The whole staff is so kind and i always feel welcomed, no matter what I am wearing. Tiffany and Ankit are very sweet and helpful. Thank you guys so much for always making me feel happy!

Abysmal service. Never encountered more staff who simply did not want you in their store. Better off shopping online and or trying another location. Truly embarrassed that they hold themselves to such a low bar of service.

Visited this location with a friend today. A sales associate asked my friend if she needed assistance but didn’t once ask me if I wanted to see anything after their transaction was completed. While she was helping her I asked someone else for help with some pearl earrings but she was not a sales associate. She must have been security. There must have been six other associates in there doing nothing but standing around. I assume that they thought the first rep was going to help me but she didn’t and someone should have asked. My plan was to purchase a pair of pearl studs but I’ll take my business elsewhere.
