Today I entered and Never encountered employees who did not want you in their store. I simply walked in and said hello and was looking at the jewelry, my parents were looking as well but the one lady secretly pointed at my dad to another staff in simple words saying to watch out for him! I’m so disgusted on how my family was treated and keep in mind I’m of colored and people that were shopping in the store were Caucasian and was treated with so much respect! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Tiffany of King of Prussia. My sales assistant was Miss Haley. She was very helpful & welcoming. She showed me very tasteful options. Even got me a jewelers loop to inspect the rings with no questions asked. Not every jeweler will do this. They take it as an insult. After we got to talking she is a local in my families town. Unfortunately I’m out of fingers for rings. If I ever want an upgrade I will definitely be back. Thank you again Miss Haley. Excellent service from beginning to end.

Every time I come here, i get treated so well. Yesterday happens to be the best shopping experience i have had, ever! We went to Tiffany's first to have my bracelet fixed. And then we looked at rings and i got a very pretty one. The whole staff is so kind and i always feel welcomed, no matter what I am wearing. Tiffany and Ankit are very sweet and helpful. Thank you guys so much for always making me feel happy!

Abysmal service. Never encountered more staff who simply did not want you in their store. Better off shopping online and or trying another location. Truly embarrassed that they hold themselves to such a low bar of service.

Visited this location with a friend today. A sales associate asked my friend if she needed assistance but didn’t once ask me if I wanted to see anything after their transaction was completed. While she was helping her I asked someone else for help with some pearl earrings but she was not a sales associate. She must have been security. There must have been six other associates in there doing nothing but standing around. I assume that they thought the first rep was going to help me but she didn’t and someone should have asked. My plan was to purchase a pair of pearl studs but I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Not impressed at all. I thought being a luxury retail/jewelry boutique there would be something positive about my visit. I’ve been wanting a certain ring for some time now and I went and ordered it and was sized incorrectly the first time. I exchanged and got a smaller size and in store it felt better. I wore it a week and in that week realized it was again too large. I went back into the store hoping to be resized and they wouldn’t do anything for me besides offer to install a size bar at an additional charge. Every visit I’ve had on top of being dissatisfied with my piece, the store associates have made me feel like I’m not worth their time. This truly has turned me off of the Tiffany brand.

The reviewer who said this store is like interacting with a “car dealership” was absolutely correct. My husband bought me an expensive bracelet at this store that won’t stay on — I constantly find it laying on the ground, on the car seat, etc. I finally had to stop wearing it.For months, I was too busy taking care of my newborn daughter to get it repaired. When I eventually brought it into this store, the staff said they wouldn’t accept the return of this faulty item because it was more than one year after the purchase. However they offered to fix the faulty clasp for $140. I accepted. A month later, my bracelet came back “fixed.” But there was absolutely no difference - it still falls off.I brought it back to the store today and the Tiffany associate told me it could be repaired again - she recommended shortening the length. But she refused to refund the $140 I spent to “repair” it the first time. She said that after all, I did receive a new clasp.I feel like I’ve gone to a car dealership to fix my car that won’t run, but instead of fixing it the dealership made a cosmetic “repair” and then charged me 20% of the cost of a new car. Now I’m stuck with a shinier car that still won’t run. That is exactly what Tiffany did.Just read the reviews here and you’ll see other customers have the very same issue with bracelets falling off. It’s somewhat shocking given how expensive Tiffany is. I own a half dozen of their pieces but will never shop here again.

Stopped in the bring my jewelry to be fixed and clean. They always provide top notch service whenever I walk in Tiffany's. I was greeted upon walking in, told them what I needed. As I sat in the waiting area the service advisor came out and ask me to come with her. She brought out some water and explained the process of repairing broken jewelry. The broken bracelet will be sent out for service taking 2-3 weeks. The other pieces will be cleaned in house and takes 48 hrs. I love their service and jewelry here will definitely be back to treat myself for my birthday!

Went shopping with my daughter to look at engagement rings, and the staff was unhelpful at best. They could not be bothered...it was like pulling teeth to get information. The rings were a disappointment...certainly nothing to write home about and not what you would expect from Tiffany (except for the overpriced for what you're getting part.) I felt they have really gone downhill. Such a shame.

Shopping truly should be rewarding. Mostly on time I’ve been satisfied by going online but this evening it became apparent to me that working with Sarah in person made me realize Tiffany is a special place. Advice going in person with a knowledgeable associate makes all the difference.
