I wanted to save some time , so I’ve placed my order online. I had to wait 30 minutes before I got my order, the reason was ‘technical issues’

Always great service. Disappointed with them with a Christmas gift purchase. Emailed me a survey 2 days later. No real good judgment. So much for the surprise. Very poor timing.
