The workers here overall just act like the brand sells itself ? If you ask for help that makes them ACTUALLY WORK You get attitude . High turn over rate it may seem but just sad to see. Customer service a dying thing

I had such an amazing experience at this store during holiday shopping! I needed to know which coat was the warmest for an upcoming trip and needed to talk with someone who knew. Beth was so knowledgeable about all the coats and took the time to talk me through the options and select what was best. She’s amazing! I’ll absolutely come back to this store just because of her. She was so pleasant, even during the holiday madness. Thanks again Beth!

The manager with the partially shaved head was SO RUDE to one of the employees at the cash reg. Private conversations should be PRIVATE. As a customer I shouldn’t have to feel secondhand embarrassment from a woman who doesn’t know how to take constructive criticism from her employees, and front what I heard in those 5 minutes of awkwardness, she deserved it. The other employees were absolutely wonderful but I can see why people would have a bad experience at this location because of her.

I would give no star if I can. The system and customer service are nothing but just bring you troubles! Unless you don't need any return or replacement, DON'T buy anything here. I bought some outfit here in August and I need to replace one of them with a different size. They told me they just had some new system so they cannot do the replacement but can do the return and reorder. After we did the return there were another transaction that charged us another $149 instead of refund! They asked us to contact our bank and we did that, and after that the North Face refused to give us the refund on banks investment. So now we paid twice for an outfit that we returned! And now the bank told us there is no way we can ask the money back because the investigate time is already passed!!!
