We were recently looking to replace our mattress and happened to stop in the Tempur-Pedic store at KOP. Shiela helped us while we were there and it was a fantastic experience. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and set us up to try every bed in the store — it really helped us figure out what we were looking for. Thank you!
