I went in there today and was being followed by the employees,I recently got a kitten and I didn’t want to leave her in the car because it’s freezing outside. so I wrapped her up in a scarf and went in to get some cat food, I guess they assumed I was stealing but they saw the kitten multiple times and she kept meowing in front of multiple employees. if the cat was the issue I don’t understand why they couldn’t just tell me. There was a specific employee that kept following me (a white woman with blondish hair,) every turn I made, she was there. I was followed throughout the entire store, I feel completely misjudged and low key racially profiled. Sadly this isn’t the first time this has happened to me at this exact location.

The cashier at register 14 on 12/15/2023 at 3:15 was very rude. I purchased some frozen food and a gift card and for some reason the cashier placed the gift card in the same bag as the frozen food. I asked the cashier to please place the gift card in another bag, I didn't want the card to get wet. That cashier very condescendingly said, that's strange. I replied to each his own, He said, yeah i guess so? This cashier needs to be retrained and taught not to offer their opinion when nobody asked. I'm sure Target doesn't appreciate their cashiers treating customer like they're beneath them.

I love Target. Great prices, especially with sales, various promotions, and with Red card use. Free shipping with Red card purchase. Very easy returns. Clean and great store layout.

There are so many kind and dedicated people working there. I have a desk job so I don’t know how they hustle so hard to handle returns and drive-up orders. The manager Kerry-Ann is very kind and helpful. Sean is also very helpful. I can see how the managers make the employees happy. My life is much easier with their help with all the pickup orders.

they are supposed to fulfill drive up orders .. people running in 1 min before closing allowed to shop but they’ll ignore that you’ve arrived hoping you’ll come another day. against policy creating their own.

HORRIBLE, AWFUL, RUDE, DISGUSTING, EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL CASHIER NAMED ZANIYA!!!! I traveled to this target from Maryland on an overnight trip with my very best friends and eldest daughter for my baby sprinkle. They had flown in from Florida the day prior. This was planned months in advance and I was very excited for this baby shopping trip. The shopping portion was very pleasant, until we met ZANIYA at her register. There was a discrepancy with an item found on the clearance shelf and when trying the talk it out with this terribly raised child, she IMMEDIATELY got an attitude, rolled her eyes and sighed. At that point it wasn't even a ln argument. Just talking. My friend asked for the manager and was ignored for a few minutes. When she asked for the manager again, ZANIYA began yelling at her and rolling her neck around. When my friend asked who did she (ZANIYA) think she was talking to, she yelled YOU!! A few more words were exchanged and she FINALLY called the manager. Kelly-Ann (manager) came over and was very nice, super apologetic and helped calm the situation quickly. She took care of us but ZANIYA NEEDS TO BE FIRED!! Her behavior was uncalled for, unprovoked, unprofessional and unacceptable. These kids nowadays have ZERO respect for adults and even less for paying customers. I had NEVER received that kind of "customer service" at a Target store, anywhere, EVER! She is awful and an absolutely HORRIBLE representation of your company, store and standards.

Always clean, fully stocked, great customer service. You hardly ever run into long lines if you do they move pretty quickly. I love the online drive up option it's so easy and convenient. They always the electric carts charged and available. I hardly ever have a problem with getting a cart.

If I have to wait 20 minutes to ring myself up you should be giving me an employee discount. A line of 50 people wouldn't prompt them to open a 2nd register on a freaking Sunday. Unbelievable. Felt like a Walmart.

King of Prussia store is the absolute worst place to buy food. I have wasted so much money throwing out expired food the last year. Today was my last time, I bought good and gather burgers that were expired in March of 2023! Yes, 6 months expired in the freezer section. Always make sure to check the dates at this place, time to buy my food elsewhere!

Every target I go to is extremely unhelpful when there's an issue. I was having an issue with verifying my student discount and not a single person knew the answer. They told me to call target and I did and no one on the phone could help either. I even have a physical copy of my student ID and no one would accept that. The employee, Mary Ann, was incredibly unhelpful. She didn't look into it, nor provided any helpful advice. I had proof of my enrollment in school and not a single person could help. Once I called Target Customer Service, they told me to contact the company that verifies the ID. The company that verifies the IDs said that I need to contact the company who is offering the discount. Overall, I am completely dissatisfied with the customer service at Target which has seems to be a recurring issue.
