We usually shop at Target at the Springfield Mall but had errands up at KoP & stopped in at that store. Such pleasant employees with excellent customer service. This is the usual experience we have at Springfield store, it was nice to have a similar experience in another store. I’ve always found the employees to be helpful, pleasant & efficient. In this day of poor customer service being more familiar than helpfulness, it’s nice to walk into a Target & know you’ll be taken care of

Waiting for a guy to stop talking to get you bags is inefficient. I understand plastic bags aren’t allowed but don’t hold the bag hostage. It makes shopping there a pain.

My recent trip to Target involved me having to return a bike, and the two employees in Guest Services, as well as four other employees working the floor, helped me out tremendously.

WOW and i mean WOW, what an amazing team that the King of Prussia Target built up. I am outstanded, excited and thoroughly impressed about how they handled a certain situation that came about, I'm also very grateful to them all, so if you are deciding between which Target to go to or to go to Target or god forbid Walmart vs Target. well then always choose to come to King of Prussia even if it's a little bit further than you would normally drive, I would wholeheartedly recommend it. And the outstanding team of people are as follows staring with Sierra who blew my mind then there was Kathy, Beth, Jacob, Devon, Katie, Auggie, Gregory, mikel and Alan. with every single one of them, they greeted you with a smile and it almost like warms your heart every time so if you want to feel like you're like family (& as corny as it sounds amongst good friends) and almost won't be judged, than please trust me and always go to this target, I promise you won't regret it! thanks KOP!!!

I went in there today and was being followed by the employees,I recently got a kitten and I didn’t want to leave her in the car because it’s freezing outside. so I wrapped her up in a scarf and went in to get some cat food, I guess they assumed I was stealing but they saw the kitten multiple times and she kept meowing in front of multiple employees. if the cat was the issue I don’t understand why they couldn’t just tell me. There was a specific employee that kept following me (a white woman with blondish hair,) every turn I made, she was there. I was followed throughout the entire store, I feel completely misjudged and low key racially profiled. Sadly this isn’t the first time this has happened to me at this exact location.
