Since I bought my watch I have had great experiences at the store . Today I stopped to ask what to use to clean my watch . Instead telling me something to clean it with. The employee took my watch and cleaned it for me. Wasn't expecting her to do that, but she did ! Made my day...

Lindsay at KOP was a real help with the reinstallation of my original watch band, as well as sending me alternative band options. She was a pleasure to work with and her help was greatly appreciated. Will definitely return to her for any future needs or new watch purchases.
