Stopped by the store to figure out how to add line to an account. The employee was completely rude and spoke down to myself and my significant other. I called another store while inside this one and verified what we were trying to get done. The other store let us know they’ll do it for us instead with no hassle.

I recently purchased an iPhone 14 for my son from a different location (Trooper).. it was not a pleasant experience for many different reasons. But today. I stopped in at the King of Prussia location and was waited on by a very pleasant, professional and polite man, Frank C. Frank C had an answer for my question and handled it quickly and with patience. In the future I and my son will only deal with the reps at King of Prussia. My understanding is that the King of Prussia store ( in the mall) is corporate- the Trooper store is not. Again a shout out to Frank C for outstanding service with a smile at the King of Prussia TMobile store!

My review is specifically for Luis, who assisted me with a phone upgrade. I haven’t had the best experiences with this store in the past. I work near here and attempted to return my 5G Home Internet Gateway and I was turned away and told to do it thru customer service, even though they told me to do it at a T-Mobile store. I was already upset because the reason the Gateway stopped working is because of an update I had no control over.Anyway, now that you understand my skepticism to go back, I had a totally different experience this time with Luis. Luis was so knowledgeable and went above and beyond with my phone upgrade. I was looking to get into an iPhone 15 Pro and he made it happen with a free promo. Literally, the phone is free after trading in my old 11 Pro. My experience was so good I decided to dive heads in and get my Apple Watch and iPad added onto my plan for data service. Thanks Luis for an awesome experience/turning around my perception of this location and hopefully my family comes to see you soon as I suggested they do.

I recently got an iPhone 15 and changed plans from an old Sprint plan I had. Luis was instrumental to this process. He helped me weigh the price differences and benefits of changing my plan to get the best fit. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable about all things T-mobile. If you’re thinking about switching carriers, talk to Luis, he’ll walk you through the switch process and make sure you get the best deals possible.

Horrible experience! Go to any other store besides this one. After having our internet problems fixed by a new sim card we needed to return a gateway internet box that had been sent to us as it was no longer needed to fix our problem. My boyfriend and I were directed to this corporate store by customer service and another local store as they were unable to generate a return shipping label or take the box back. Please keep in mind that we had just been to the King of Prussia location about a month prior and dropped about $1,000.00 for phone upgrades - the manager there absolutely REFUSED to help, acknowledge or god forbid in look in our direction after I'm assuming realizing we weren't there to spend money. He wouldn't give us two seconds of his time - we have never been treated in such an awful way to be honest. Thank you to T-mobile customer service for going above and beyond after this treatment to help us return the box.

Literal worse customer service ever. One guy that was sitting scrolling on his phone and seemed like it was a hassle to actually assist with an upgrade. Then tried to upcharge me when I told him what I came in. Meanwhile 2 other workers were talking about slavery which made me very uncomfortable with the language they used. Highly unprofessional across the board.

My husband decided he wants to migrate from android to apple today. His decision, not mine. But, since I’m a happy Apple user, I support him. Anyway, this was top number two. This is why I have Verizon. Good lord. The first T-Mobile store just down the road wouldn’t even help him. They kept coming up with excuses of why he shouldn’t switch. He is no stranger to Apple, he’s done a lot of research before deciding to make the change. We left the first store because even after he and I explained that he is fully aware, they just kept asking if he was sure. At least here we got a little further. But still, the tone and attitude was making it very clear that I don’t think anything has changed since I worked at a place that sold cell phones 25 years ago….I assume they only make commission on new customers and additional line activations. When I said which iPhones he was deciding between, he did not offer to explain the differences. He went straight into what was in stock. Which ok, I get it….but you’re here and you’re getting paid a base salary to help customers. I’ve upgraded through Verizon for countless years and not once have I had an even remotely bad experience. Maybe they haven’t always gone above and beyond, but they’ve always been nice and helpful. This gent just threw four phones on the counter. We found out that his brother has to make him an authorized user to make changes before he can upgrade. I asked if his brother can do it through the app. He said he didn’t know. How the heck do you work at a T-Mobile store and not know about user account functionality in the app???? My husband easily could’ve asked his brother to do it and we could’ve gotten his phone and been done. But my husband was so put off by how this guy was so focused on what they didn’t have in stock instead of trying to help us, that we left. His brother WAS able to change his authorization through the app, so tomorrow we are on to location #3 in hopes that we will find a sales person who isn’t totally rude to us.

For starters, this is a Corp store. I went in because the tmobile store down the street (which isn’t a Corp store) messed up my upgrade. I was able to have it fixed by the tmobile agent and the process was easy plus I was able to trade in the phone on the spot & have that $ deducted from my down payment on my new phone. The store down the street are liars; this store kept it honest from the beginning. This is where I’ll be doing my tmobile shopping at.

Good Afternoon Google Family. I visited the King of Prussia Mall to pay my bill. I have been here many times to shop in the mall. However, there was too much interaction between the associates here. There was no one else in the store when I was there though. I was relieved to pay my bill and leave. I will never return to this location again. I will shop at the mall, but never patronize this Tmobile location again. Have a good night, Google Family!!

Had a bad experience. The girl Stephany A is a joke . She wasn’t even taking care of us and was making side comments towards us. She’s very unprofessional. Laughing and trying to start issues with me and my family as I had my children with me . I will never go back to this location and I hope she looses her job for being unprofessional talking about me and my family like we weren’t in the room.
