Came in for an upgrade, left with 2! Scored a tablet on my business plan with all the promos they had running for a crazy low rate. I visited last week, so names are blurry, but (I believe) the Associate Kelsey and her Manager Noah, were very helpful, kind, and professional! They made me aware of all the extras and add-ons, but didn't push me onto them, which was refreshing. I also had some extras on my plan for International talk-text-data that I didn't need, so Noah dug further into the promos and sat on the phone for an hour to hook me up with a cheaper plan! Worst store. They quoted me incorrect monthly payments, saying my upgrade & included accessories were free and there would be no change to my monthly bill to encourage me to upgrade. When I tried to rectify my surprising bill with the manager, Noah, he was unfriendly, rude and insinuated that I was dishonest about the upgrade cost.

Avoid this shop at all costs. It’s not a corporate store and they do not have to adhere to the same rules as the corporate stores. When simply purchasing a new phone, the Manager Noah added a new plan which is $50 more per month, added 2 new data plans that I didn’t want, and said there was a free accessory pack, that he ended up charging me for. Do not trust this shop. Go to a real T-Mobile store instead. T-Mobile, you should deactivate this authorized retailer.

I visited the establishment to address concerns with my cell phone and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional level of service provided by their Manager, Noah. While I seldom write reviews, I feel compelled to acknowledge Noah's outstanding professionalism and adept handling of the situation. He addressed my concerns in an exemplary manner, ensuring a seamless resolution to all my needs.

First off this isn't a Tmobile corp store; this is a 3rd party retail store. I went in there looking to upgrade my iPhone 12 to the 15 wit the promo they were doing. Ordered the phone and it came next day. Yet I realized I didn't get a shipping label. Called customer service & they advised me I never had the promotion applied. Go back to the store to have them fix it.. Went back on black Friday and they said in there system I got the promotion but they can't get a shipping label either so wait for a ship box (mind you the can accept your phone in store for trade in they just refuse to do so). Waited a few days and still no shipping box; called customer service back today & they told me go to a corp store (kop mall) & they can fix it. Thankfully they were able to fix this store's F-up & not only did I get the promotion added, you can trade in your phone in store to have your credit applied on your down payment of phone. Don't go to this store; if you have to deal with tmobile, visit the corp store in kop mall where they will actually tell you the truth & not lie to you.

Worse experience ever made me wait over one hour and half for a glass protector then when it was my turn to get helped they said they did not have it in stock when I clearly asked for that service at the beginning staff extremely rude I would not go to that store at all

My phone had some sort of lock on it resulting in it not being able to connect to LTE or anything. After only fiddling with my SIM card the "manager" some skinny guy with glasses and curly hair tells me "I am just going to have to buy a new phone". Went to the T-Mobile at the mall and they fixed it within 5 minutes. Absolute SHARKS! Wouldn't buy a charger here.

Stopped in today after bringing my phone over from another carrier on Wednesday. I could not get my voicemail to work. Kyler took care of me in the store and after testing a few things agreed that it might be my sim card. He replaced my sim card and my voicemail immediately started working again! Thank you Kyler, you're the best!

If you have not been back in the KOP-202 location because of previous bad experiences, you need to visit this location again. The new store manager, Geeda is the best! She listens to what the customer want/need and find them the best suitable plan and devices. She will complete the process with you and make sure you understand what you got. Highly recommends!

Update 5/1/23After all this, they went ahead and switched my plan from one I was grandfathered in. Reported this to customer care.I was lied to several times and customer care explained to me that I was lied to and customer care actually had to intervene three times to return the phones and get my money back.I bought two galaxy s23+ phones where one had to be ordered. I bought them after being told I could turn in both phones and receive a $415 credit and only the balance would be financed. Instead I get a packet for shipping it out my self and an $18 and $30 credit listed on the labels and their word that it will be credited in 1 to 2 billing cycles for the promised amount and can't give you that promise in writing. Ha.They also charge you a $35 upgrade charge per phone and another fee for opening the box for you and call the over $120 bill for "taxes and fees".I came back in and dealt with John two days later because their phones were off the hook so even customer care couldn't reach out to them. He said he couldn't take any of the returns of the phones or accessories. I left the store and called customer serviceThey told me John could have taken the returns so he lied. They called the store and made them accept the returns. We didn't have time to return both phones so I came back to return mine. The manager, Geeda, refused to credit me the $70 restocking fee which they won't disclose until you ask about it. They will simply say there is a 14-day return window. Customer service credited me on the restocking fee mainly because of my experience and their dishonesty.I ended up going to a retail store and purchased an unlocked s23+ for way less without trading in my phone. The associate there, was more knowledgeable and considerate. He actually explained everything and there were no extra charges or hidden fees.I was better off getting a flagship phone of tmobile ANYWHERE ELSE than this store for less money and with honesty.

I wanted a new Sim card and they put someone else's number on it. (A minor) the store Manger then refused to listen when I repeatedly attempted to tell her she had not fixed the issue. Pathetic

DO NOT GO HERE. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT step foot in this store. I went here 2 weeks ago to process a t-mobile jump and Dave completely messed up the process. So much so that I’ve had to go to two different t-mobile stores to resolve the issue. Dave was high the entire time, kept telling inappropriate jokes, and was not paying attention to the process. It’s no wonder my “jump” was completely mishandled. The whole thing should have been simple. I was due for an upgrade so I took my phone to this store to attempt the upgrade. The process took forever because Dave had more interest in being a comedian than taking care of my upgrade. After the process was over, he did not take my phone. I was confused by this, but he had explained that I had 30 days to return my phone to a t-mobile store. A couple days later, I attempted to return the phone and was informed that I could not. I called customer care and they told me that I would have to go to a corporate store. I’ve been at the corporate store for 2 hours now because the manager can’t even figure out what Dave did. Don’t go to this store, even if it’s your last resort.

RUN FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!! MANAGER TYRONE IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL & REPS SUCK!!! I WAS TOLD I HAD TO TRADE MY PHONE IN TO GET THE CURRENT PROMOTION! NEVER RECEIVED THE CREDIT FOR MY TRADE IN….CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID MY CURRENT PROMOTION DID NOT REQUIRE A TRADE IN!!! I WENT BACK TO THE STORE TO GET MY PHONE AND ITS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND!!! CUSTOMER CARE SAID NO SHIPPING LABEL WAS EVER MADE FOR MY TRADE IN!!!!! WATCH THESE THEIVES!!!
