Arrived at the King of Prussia swatch store at 8:30 and they were closed when they advertise that they would be open till 9 PM. I drove an hour and 40 minutes to get here only for them to be closed. Very disappointing!

Shadean was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me pick the right watch for me, which was the Earth Omega/Swatch Moonswatch! I will definitely be back!

Another experience where the sales associate was on a personal call making an appointment, and when he got off, he never interacted with us, so we left. I have a couple Swatches, as well as a few other higher end watches made by the Swatch group. This was not the experience I was expecting. We came from out of town (5 hrs away, but not just for this) and Swatch stores are sparse in the US, but I wouldn't come back to this location - ever.

The customer service is awful. From the minute I entered and wasn’t greeted or acknowledged till I left because I was being ignored. I wanted to make a return for an uncle who lived in nj and on the third day of wearing the watch it was already not working. I explained this to the guy and he was just very rude and told me he wouldn’t do anything about it because it was worn and scrathed. I then texted my uncle to let him know about the situation. To which the man got mad because I wasn’t looking and said “why am I even showing you and if you aren’t going to look” I told him I had to tell my uncle because he wanted his money back since it was within the 14 days. But he just responded with “yeah sure” and proceeded to assist someone else. I get it that it was worn but why is it falling apart on the third day.

Big shout out to Jerald, who picked out a few watches for me to look at and I was able to find a favorite in <5 minutes. He provided all of the info about warranty and battery replacement and had great customer service overall.

Melissa, the woman working at the Swatch store, is awesome. She is super knowledgeable about Swatches, friendly, and made our shopping easy. We got great watches and had fun at the store. I would recommend this store to anyone. So glad we bought the Swatches in person and not via the internet. There were so many different Swatches, it was nice to see them in person!
