I didn't plan on going to Suitsupply in KOP Mall, I ended up there after 5 other stores in the mall. Two of those stores referred me to Suitsupply. My first contact was with Adolf. He was dressed to represent himself and the store. He was honest and informative about what they do and how busy they were. Adolf was able to set me up with a same day and timely appointment with Ryan. Ryan was also dressed for success. Ryan was sincere, informative, knowledgeable and a great listener. I came into the store with a strong idea of what I wanted. In an informative and non-sales manner, Ryan brought my ideas to life through samples. Through Ryan's work knowledge and experience he was able to provide concise examples of my taste with the suit accessories. It was a thorough process of going from idea to receiving a tailored suit which was also a painless process. I had the suit in hand inside one week which was tailored on site. It was such a great experience. Thank you, Adolf and Ryan, I'll be back.

I’ve been helped by Caelan at the King of Prussia, PA store where he fitted me for a great custom suit plus four custom shirts. He counseled me and his guidance together with my own vision made it come together. The suit is outstanding! The shirts are beautiful — we chose just the right collar and all other touches. There was one error on just one shirt, as it should have had French Cuffs and came back with barrel cuffs, but no worries — that’s being replaced at no charge to me! I then ordered an additional shirt … and I plan to order another suit later this year. This is now my go-to place for custom suits and shirts. Ask for Caelan if you go to the King of Prussia, PA store.

Isaac demonstrated knowledge of the products offered and a high level of professionalism. He was polite and engaging without being overbearing. He was very attentive, and I never felt like he was pressuring me to purchase anything. I decided on a Havana tailored suit that wasn't available in store. Isaac ordered the suit, gave an estimate of how long it would take for the item to arrive and how soon it would be ready after being tailored. The entire shopping experience was a pleasure.
