I typically don't post reviews. But our family was so pleased with our lighting and sound system that I thought we should spread the word. At a time when so many products/services seem to fall short of expectations, it's refreshing to know that there are still companies out there focused on delivering excellence. I'm happy to recommend the Stone-Glidden team without reservation!

I do not normally post reviews. However, being completely happy with an experience moves me to do so. Stone-Glidden provided excellent service from their initial visit to conclusion and final review. All of our questions, no matter how naive, were answered as though they were great questions. Josh and Tom were very responsive both on-line and in person often coming to the house the same day a question was posed. Their quote was very competitive and detailed and the promised tasks were performed as indicated.

Tom Stone, and everyone else on his team, did a fantastic job of selling, planning and installing all of our A/V equipment. Their coordination with our GC, their timeliness, and professionalism were excellent through out the entire renovation project. I highly recommend Stone-Glidden.

We just wrapped up the build of our new home and selected Stone Glidden as our partner for building out our home automation platform for the home. To give some background, the platform allows us to control our music, TV’s, lighting, shades, door entry, security, garages & video cameras. The experience was first class from day one. Great expertise on home automation, not pushy from a sales vantage point at all, incredible project management (Josh) competency & service which is the bulk of the time we spent interacting with them over the last 12 months & very professional when working in our home. There were a few minor issues that arose from time to time due to the complexity of the programming required to deliver the outcome we were seeking…they responded in a rapid way to solve for these issues to ensure we remained happy. We are super happy with the final product and would highly recommend them for projects related to home entertainment, home networking (Wifi & wired networks), home automation.

I've been working with S&G for about a decade and they are awesome! Extremely knowledgeable and thorough. And their attentiveness to service and to making sure everything continues to work properly following installation is outstanding. Oh, and they're good people too. Highly recommend them!

Stone Glidden has been our audio-visual go to for over a dozen years. Totally trustworthy, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous—from Tom Stone who is always responsive to Matt, Dan, Jordan, and Brian who are informed, and technically competent, one could not find a better team of experts. A plus is that the technicians that come to the house are always respectful of our property and leave a very neat and clean area. Very highly recommended.

Have loved working with Stone+Glidden - they did a wonderful job setting up a beautiful theater room for us, and took great care in expanding our WiFi throughout a very old home (and super thick walls!). Their follow-on service has also been outstanding - they are super responsive when we need help with anything!

Tom and his team did an excellent job outfitting our house with commercial-level internet. They gave a fair estimate which turned out to be very close to the actual cost, and took less time than I expected to complete the project. Everyone was very nice, knowledge and patient. I would definitely contact them in the future for any additional projects that we need done.

Two years ago we contracted with Stone Glidden (SG) to install in our new townhome a multi-room music streaming system, and multiple TV's, one with surround sound. Josh B designed our system according to our wishes and clearly explained how the system worked. We are not techy and Josh created a very user friendly and affordable system. He combined our older but still serviceable TV's with high quality smart TV's that SG procured for us.Then Jason C expertly installed the TVs and programmed the remotes so we could easily access all of our viewing options with one universal remote. Jason patiently educated us on the use of the remote . When we had a question, Jason or another SG employee always promptly responded with quick solutions.Recently we decided to to convert from cable to streaming TV. Amy O was our SG representative. Amy is an ABSOLUTE SUPERSTAR. She came to our home twice to discuss our needs and to be sure we had a perfectly customized system to meet our needs. She is extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional and went out of her way to think of ways to creatively improve and simplify the system. Amy even went on line with us to help us purchase the best small kitchen smart TV which SG does not handle! She willingly and respectfully answered our questions in a simple and clear fashion. We could NOT have hoped for a more positive and easy process than Amy provided.We are extremely pleased and highly recommend Stone Glidden .

Stone Glidden has maintained my home theater system and has provided excellent service. Over the years as I added new equipment. Dan programmed the remotes, and it all works flawlessly. Over the last six years, they have maintained my system to be 100 percent reliable.

Stone glidden recently installed new lighting controls, AV and audio system, locks, smart home etc in our recently renovated home and they were outstanding. Customer service and the quality of work was top notch. I would absolutely recommend them
