Steve’s has been servicing my machines for 7 years and they have been nothing but amazing. The service repair is outstanding and always helps me immediately with any issues.They always have new fabrics available and fully stocked on notions and supplies.

Had a negative experience with the repair shop, repair guy did not listed to my concerns when I was experiencing tension issues after picking sewing machine up from a service. Also, he wasn’t wearing a mask while he mansplained to me, so overall disappointing experience and will choose another repair shop in the future.

Ivette made me a gorgeous sink skirt with some fabric I bought online! The quality of her work is impeccable and she went above-and-beyond to make sure it looked perfect in our bathroom. I plan to use her for all my future sewing needs! Thank you, Ivette!

Staff was very approachable and helpful. My goal was to see if my 40 year old sewing machine could get a desperately needed tune-up. Was told there were at least 100 machines ahead of mine but I decided to leave it and hope for the best. Got a call in about 3 weeks to let me know what the technician found. He discussed options with me and when I asked if it was time to buy a new machine, he said that with the recommended maintenance my old one would be as good as new. So a fix of around $150 gave me a well working machine and saved me the hundreds of dollars I would have had to spend on a new one. Great experience and I highly recommend them,

Always a pleasure to do business at Steve's. Everyone there is so knowledgeable. Yes it takes time to get a machine fixed mainly because of the times we are in at present. Normally it is a much shorter time but times are not normal. I would not buy a machine anywhere else. Steve's stands behind every one they sell and fix.

I took my sewing machine to get fixed, only to be told that my sewing machine is a disposable machine, she also told me that 200 sewing machine had to be fixed so they are months out for appointments. Disposable or not i wanted him to look at my machine and then determine if it can be fixed or not. I don't wanna hear that because you got a lot to fix, that means mines is not worth fixing. Waste of time going there, also had the nerve to tell me to buy their baby loc sewing machine that cost over 1000 dollars. Yea no.
