We had success with Sincera Reproductive with our first child back in 2019 and are now back. We would highly recommend Sincera. The staff are professional and take good care of you. Shout out to Lori, Gina, Sarah, Milley (at the Surgery center), Jhani, and others! We look forward to working with Dr. Stephen G Somkuti and have success this time around as well. I will update this again once we go through our 2nd cycle. Thanks everyone!

I brought home my 2nd miracle baby 3 months ago with the help of the amazing team here. The IVF process was overwhelming at first, but the nurses, medical assistants and providers walked me through every step and helped our dreams come true.

As stated in a previous review, “Do not walk, RUN away from this practice”. We began our fertility journey in 2018, I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 2019, and have received multiple rounds of IVF to store and freeze embryos. During this time my husband and I were able to retrieve 5 embryos (2 viable and 3 abnormal). Due to this facilities lack of organization, communication, etc. we decided to move to another practice. We recently began the process of transferring our viable embryos to the new practice. Last week we had scheduled an appointment to transfer OUR embryos however, once we attempted the transfer process, we found out Sincera Reproductive Medicine had kept our 3 non-viable embryos. After repeated requests to only transfer the viable embryos we were told “this is not our policy”. We have been willing to sign documents to destroy our 3 abnormal embryos as they cannot be used and THIS SHOULD NOT BE Sincera’s decision. We have been unaware that Sincera continued to keep and store these embryos since we are unable to use them. Additionally, we have requested for our 2 viable embryos to be transferred to our new practice so we can move forward with our fertility journey. Sincera continues to refuse to transfer our 2 viable embryos and it has been relayed to us that based on their “new policy” we will need to transfer all embryos or nothing. This process with Sincera Reproductive Medicine has been more stressful than dealing with cancer. Currently, we are unable to move forward with the fertility process as our viable embryos are being held hostage by this practice. I ADVISE ANYONE TO PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER PRACTICE SO YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH A SIMILAR SITUATION.

The only reason they even get a star is because in the end I got my baby. HOWEVER, from the beginning it was horrible. In the moment I thought maybe I was just emotional and hormonal but now I realize how bad it was! I’m still dealing with billing issues. They over charged me and I questioned it over and over and everyone kept saying they would get back to me… nope! It went to collections. Finally got that resolved and got a random bill for close to $4,000. Again played phone tag with pretty much every billing employee at axia and Sincera. Still waiting for answers!!! All I can say is save your emails and get an itemized breakdown if you chose to go here! I wish it wasn’t so expensive to transfer frozen embryos to a different facility because I dread having to go back! Sarah the PA was great but other than that communication was/is the WORST I have ever dealt with and I am a nurse who calls doctors offices regularly! I literally lose sleep over this place and my baby is 7 months old! I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Sincera misdiagnosed me prior to an IVF cycle and administered an inappropriate protocol, which contributed to a cycle failure. When I was retested after switching clinics, my numbers were so off that I suspect Sincera may have mixed up my paperwork/bloodwork with someone else’s. This would not surprise me as they lost bloodwork of mine and my husband’s twice, including genetic testing bloodwork, which delayed our cycle by a month. The physician who called with results of this failed cycle was not my assigned doctor, but rather a doctor I’d requested to never speak to after a rude encounter/bad bedside manner. He delivered bad news and promptly hung up and provided me with incorrect information - he could not get me off the phone quickly enough when I was so obviously upset. They are not focused on patient care and do not provide enough information during your cycle. Instead of telling you specifically how things are progressing, they’ll say things are “fine” and won’t help when you push for more information. Most painful ultrasound and saline sonogram of my life, performed by their PA, not my doctor. On top of it all, their front office is a mess and you’ll never be able to reach a nurse or billing rep live - you need to call in and they return messages at their convenience. Don’t bother trying to reach anyone after hours even in case of an emergency - just go right to urgent care or an ER because no one picks up. The icing on top of a traumatic, isolating experience with Sincera is them sending a $16,000 cycle bill (which was paid on 3/14 before injections and monitoring appointments started) being sent to collections. Do not waste your time and money - go to Shady Grove, RMA, Penn, Main Line… really anyone else in the area will be better.

Would not go here they have horrible bedside manner, had me running all over the place to all different offices. Never called me with results on time I usually had to call them, not given full information when changed to IVF and had a hard time. Lost my baby due to their negligence of care/tx.

This office is so professional! From the time I arrive in King of Prussia at the beautiful building dedicated to Women's Health (near the new CHOP hospital), I am welcomed warmly. The medical assistant that draws my blood is kind and gentle, the Registered nurse that helps me with all of my instructions and answers all my questions, and Dr. Cohen who is extremely thorough and reviews my treatment plan in detail, and Sarah the Physician Assistant who works hand in hand with Dr. Cohen and performs some of my procedures is so kind and caring. This team is the best and I look forward to seeing them at my appointments. I hope that I won't be here long but I know I am in good hands while I need fertility treatment.

The Kop office has good and not so good staff, The front desk ladies are a disaster I cringe when I see them. Sarah The PA is absolutely wonderful, she's caring understanding and takes time to explain things to you. The nurses there are subpar to say the least they have wonderful nurses and some are quite questionable. The blood girls are, what can I say one is amazing she is gentle and knowledgeable but she's not there all the time, the other is sweet but you have to pull her away from her phone before she even calls you back. Personally I think it's quite unprofessional to have to wait 5 to 10 minutes after your arrival time because someone is on a personal call.overall I would recommend but also changes need to be made.

I cannot brag on this team of doctors & nurses enough!! They were excellent in every way, including: communication, support, explanations, etc. I genuinely looked forward to seeing the staff every time I had an appointment. I am so thankful I was directed to this office!

They lack organization soooo much!! So chaotic. No direct line to talk to nurse or doctor. You leave a VM and they will decide when you call you back at their own sweet wish. Wish I never came here.

Called multiple times and left messages with no call back from anyone. Can’t get a hold of a person when you call you always get a machine. Customer service needs improvement.
