Over the phone, customer service skills are lacking. Had an unpleasant woman tell me "the store is very busy" when asking if it was possible to check on a product (my exact words). I was fully prepared to hear a no. It's totally understandable, you can say not at the moment. Next time, just dont be rude about it! It's that simple. Sooooo sorry i didnt understand how to use the location aspect on the app ??

Jessica was extremely helpful in helping me Color IQ to find my shade. Unfortunately the foundation I wanted to get didn't seem mixed well in its bottle so I didn't end up getting it

Do NOT order same day delivery from here. Ordered a Christmas gift and it came all smudged and covered in dirt / makeup?? How the hell am I supposed to gift this to anyone?When I called customer service, they told me the only thing I can do is to go to Sephora in person and exchange it - the whole reason I ordered it online is because I cannot go in person.

Just came here to say that this location is the worst! On the evening of 12/2 I visited to make a return. I was unable to return the product because I did not have the receipt however they found the item and it was within 60 days of purchase. Beyond that- Asya (she made sure to yell out the spelling of her name and that she is the store manager), was extremely unhelpful and again, yelled out, at a customer, that she is the manager and what she says goes. Lol I threw the item away, so it's $20 out of my pocket but ultimately Sephora lost me as a customer.

This was the filthiest, disorganized Sephora store that I have ever been in. Sephora stores are usually stocked, clean and friendly employees asking if you need assistance. This Sephora store was so dirty that you didn’t want to touch anything on display. No alcohol or makeup removers on the end caps to disinfect or remove. Displays looked like a gang of two year olds had a field day. Displays had very little inventory but the drawers below were open and clearly had inventory. Most of the makeup lines had limited product available in the store, you’ll find more online. Very few employees around and the ones that were around, spent time on their cell phones. I wouldn’t touch anything to swatch on your skin. Find another Sephora store that actually cares about your business, health and safety. I wish I would’ve taken pictures.

Sephora has gone downhill overall, and this location is no exception. Not only is the buy online pickup in-store option consistently wrong, but even if you call ahead of time to ensure an item is in stock they will give you incorrect information. I try to avoid using any Sephora-exclusive products and primarily shop elsewhere for my beauty needs since being a rouge offers little to no benefit anymore.

The worst and most garbage Sephora team in the world. The store hour is open until nine. I am there at 8:40 then the stuff won't let me in. I explained I just return the stuff but they do not let us in at all. We nicely explained we won't buy anything just return project very quick. The stuff rude and reject saying they are close. If so why their store opening hour post until ten? Garbage service altitude and don't solve the problem. Just waste whole 15 mins standing at the front door discuss all the things. Never come to this location. A garbage can with full of the garbage.

Placed an order at 7pm thru the app to use my savings event coupon says it typically gets picked up in two hours. stoped in at 8:30 and was told by the manger that the store wouldn’t pick it till the next day in a very demanding tone. A sweet girl with pink hair that was there told me if I still wanted the order I could pick the stuff myself and I could check me out at the register, so I said okay no problem. I proceeded to look for things myself with the help of sweet associates and help from the pick haired girl. When I was checking out I was hurried multiple times from the associate ringing me out even though I told her I was getting my card ready. After I got done checking out and was hurried out from the store I noticed that they never even applied my discount.. whole reason I went there… I tried calling the store since the doors was already locked and I told them that I had stoped in and they didn’t apply my coupon whole reason I went there.. the lady on the phone told me oh sorry about that we can’t do anything about it now stop in tomorrow the registers are closed when I could see from the window registers were not closed… I’m honestly not happy with my experience I don’t know why the app advertises “same day pick up if you order within said amount of time” if people are going to be in a hurry to get customers out.I’m honestly just going to return the things tomorrow and not bother with this location anymore. Shout out to the pick hair girly that help out a lot tho.
