No hours posted. Took the bus multiple times to this location to try to get alterations, only for the location to randomly be closed on Tuesday and to arrive the 2nd day and everyone left for the day. Very displeased with this business and their lack of professionalism.

This shop is the best! Have been coming here for years. First stumbled upon Scissors & Needle because I happen to work close by. Rovshan runs a tight ship and has made a loyal customer out of me through his proven skill and efforts. If I make a clothing purchase at another store (whether it be in KOP or elsewhere), I refuse their offers for tailoring because I know I can come to Rovshan for great work at an even better price. Looking forward to our continued relationship!

Excellent experience. Originally could not do a same day turnaround but they came through for me out of kindness, hemming a suit for funeral service. “My English is not perfect but my work is” Perfect work agreed! So nice of them to help.

Awesome service and expert tailoring. I needed the waist taken in on a pair of dress pants, and they did it in minutes! Better - it was expertly done. Highly recommended!

Great experience! I needed a bridesmaid dress hemmed very last minute and was able to pick it up in less than 2 days and it turned out great. They were very quick, responsive, and did an awesome job. Highly recommend!

We walked in to get a dress hemmed and then were told the dress didn't need to hemmed because it looked good already. Instead we got a clasp fixed on the house. Good to know they're a business that won't just take your money. Will absolutely come back when we need some clothes tailored.

This place is awesome, I came in for a collar adjustment on my Halloween costume, he got it done in 15 mins, and even hand sewed it. Anytime I have costume/cosplay needs I’m taking it here

I had 3 items altered for my wedding and honeymoon. The 2 items needing hemming including my wedding gown was done quickly and perfectly to specification. The 3rd gown was redesigned from floor length to be 3/4 length and had the bust for the backless gown taken in (which was tricky.) It took longer than the other pieces but was done perfectly. I was very happy with the final product.
