I used to love going into Tillys. They have great brands my family loves.There used to be a manager there, and i can’t remember her name, but she was amazing. Great customer service always remembered what i bought the time before and now she isn’t there anymore!I asked about where she went and i got eye rolls!The manager there (i don’t know if she is new or not but have never seen her before) acts like she knows everything, def mumbled under her breath every time i asked a question, i don’t know if she is talking to herself or about me.I overheard her talking about politics, and horribly about other employees along with customers to one of the young girls working the fitting room, who also was too scared to say anything back.I will be taking my business to another location.

i used to come here all the time, but the manager is god awful. she's always giving me dirty looks when i come up to ask for help or a fitting room. as someone who is also a manager in the retail business that is absolutely unacceptable. she's not fit for the manager position at all. i wish i could give less than 1 star she would deserve it. everything about her is awful and she's making the store that way too.... disgrace.

I used to love being a customer of Tilly's Until my daughter started working there and I saw how badly it was managed. On more than one occasion she would have to sit outside of the store before opening hours for over an hour before the manager would even let her in and then she was told to clock in therefore looking like she was late and never getting paid for those hours waiting. But upon never receiving any contact back when trying to contact the manager or corporate office it really showed me what little respect they have for their employees concerns, to not even be contacted back one way or another. I will no longer be a customer or support this business.
