The BEST customer service! Everyone was so helpful, knowledgeable and flexible. Sam helped me with everything and didn’t make me feel rushed. She was great with my littles that I had to bring along with me. It was an incredible experience! Will definitely go back!

I have had foot problems since my surgery I love being active !!! This place was a lifesaver I love the time they spent helping me and my custom orthotics are amazing Worth every penny Liam was incredible and very knowledgeable and I will be coming here for all my shoes

Had the best experience yesterday shopping for new running sneakers. They scanned my feet, had me run on a treadmill to check for pronation, took 3D scans of my feet, asked lots of questions about my running needs and fitted me for the best shoes for me. They were so attentive and friendly. I ended up purchasing Brooks Adrenaline, inserts that they custom molded for me in the shop, new socks and a running hat (plus the membership). Thank you RRS for such a great experience!

What an experience!!!
Greg was amazing!
I didn’t know what I was getting into when I walked in…
Greg explained everything, taught me a lot about my feet and sent me home with two perfect pairs of shoes!
How they measure and gauge how your foot lands, how high your arches are ( or aren’t) and the PRECISE size of each foot, is amazing!
The inserts are molded to your foot and created an incredible fit!
Our feet are soooo important, especially as we age…
I won’t shop anywhere else for athletic shoes. Never again…

Pass. My husband and I have made purchases here in the past, and I have recommend others come on over here to find the perfect shoe for themselves. Today we go in to buy new work shoes. The same pair I currently have on my feet plus wanted to get an extra (different) pair. The girl working couldn’t find me in the system and I was told I needed to go through an entire gait/foot analysis to even try on a pair of shoes there. I AM WEARING ONE OF THE SAME SHOES ON MY FEET (pictured). Waste of my time and as a business they’re loosing money making people go through a whole analysis to buy a pair of shoes they already own and love. I’ll go down the road to sporting goods store and get the same pair at ease

Great service. The free foot evaluation helped point us in the right direction for the right shoes. Liam brought out lots of she's to try. I do end up getting the custom insoles as they made a real difference and felt great on my first run. The $20 introductory membership already saved me money so that was worth it.
