A missed opportunity; great hotel with horrible service.
This Marriott has a fabulous location, the rooms are spacious but they’re NOT clean and the staff are just rude. The front desk personnel were disinterested in remedying the issues which is why I am posting.
I cleaned feet prints off the furniture, scrubbed dirty shower and toilet (removed someone’s used contact lense off the side of the toilet’s tank, and wiped literal brown filth off the headboards - I have photos of the towels made brown by the effort. I had to do this myself because I was told housekeeping wasn’t available.
This staff is in dire need of a customer service course.
Rooms: Spacious but not kept up.
Nearby activities: Upscale restaurants and shopping are close by.

Where do I begin with the Sheraton Valley Forge? This place is embarrassing to the Marriott brand. It also shames the hospitality industry. My recent stay was a disaster. I feel compelled to share my experience so others don't suffer the same fate.
Let's start with the basics: the air conditioning. It was a scorching 90-degree Pennsylvania summer day. One would expect a Sheraton hotel to have working air conditioning. Guess what? It doesn't. The room felt like a sauna. I cranked the thermostat down, but I spent the entire night sweating instead of sleeping. It was an absolute nightmare.
As if that wasn't enough, let's talk about breakfast. Calling it a "continental breakfast" would be an insult to continental breakfasts worldwide. The food was tasteless, cold, and looked like it had been sitting out since yesterday. I've had better meals at a middle school cafeteria. The selection was limited. The coffee tasted like dishwater. The service was nonexistent. Only one person juggled to attend to all the guests.
The room itself was mediocre at best. Outdated decor, uncomfortable beds, and amenities that barely worked. The bathroom had many quirks. The shower alternated between scalding and ice cold every few seconds.
In conclusion, save yourself the trouble. Avoid the Sheraton Valley Forge. For the price they charge and the reputation they supposedly uphold, this hotel falls woefully short in every conceivable way. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Wireless horrible
Service personnel did not much care
Absurdly expensive drinks
Hard to get extra towels and blankets
This is a Sheraton but acts like a Motel 6.

Walkability: There are no sidewalks in the area. I didn't rent a car and was planning to talk the area but didn't have sidewalks.

They need to put microwave and refrigerator in the he rooms. They are probably available upon request however most hotels have them also paying for Internet at a hotel is a thing of the past in most hotels.

I went there for a large event and the hotels catering service was used. The food was horrible. The salad, which was only lettuce only had vinegar on it. The entrees, which could have been tasty if hot, all came out cold. The ice tea wasn't sweetened and there was no sugar or lemons for it. The food experience was a disaster

I was there for a business meeting. I was only in a meeting room. They did serve salmon and salad, which was delicious. The dessert was great as well.

Was in town for a business meeting and ended up getting there late but was pleased with the lobby bar. It offered good food and drinks. Obviously being a hotel lobby bar the drinks were a little expensive but the convenience of not having to leave the grounds after a two hour trip in was well worth it. Staff was attentive and awesome, the room was clean and quiet. Will definitely recommend for anyone visiting the area.
Rooms: Clean, quiet, spacious
Food & drinks: The food was great, the drinks were a little expensive but expected.

Had no hot water during my recent stay. Even after reporting it, issue was not resolved.

Our favorite spot for an overnight stay in KOP. We were a little disappointed with service this time around, since the cleaning staff knocked on our door 3 times before our check out time, 8am-ish and every hour after that. That was frustrating and an inconvenience.

Rooms: Nice and clean, beds made and room cleaned everyday when we came back that evening.
