The best way to describe the way this store makes me feel is starstruck. This was my first time inside a Ralph Lauren store and I never saw a layout broken up into separate departments for their respective brands/styles before. It was so clean, efficient, gorgeous, and screamed luxury. Upon speaking to the employee there, he was so professional and very easy to talk to. Even though I most certainly wasn’t dressed for a high-end place like this, he answered my question’s about the company and I could definitely see myself working here between all the media diversity I’ve seen and the welcoming energy the staff has as well. We went in to purchase a tuxedo for our wedding and had such a great personalized experience. We worked with an associate named Derryl and the assistant manager Lincoln. Both of these gentleman were incredibly helpful and attentive, and seemed genuinely excited to help us achieve the vision we have for our special day. Lincoln shared stories from his wedding and we really connected on a personal basis. I would highly recommend this store and working with either of these gentleman.

The associate who helped us was beyond friendly and informative. Manny was the absolute definition of going above and beyond for the customer. He was efficient and helped us find something in our price range and without him, I’m sure that we would’ve thought there would be nothing within our price range and left. As a side note, he was also incredibly personable, and truly a splendid character with a genuine heart. I can say with full certainty that he created a repeat customer. Ralph Lauren as an establishment is lucky to have him as an employee and he definitely deserves recognition, applause, and a raise.

One of the best curated store in the mall. The collection is always fresh and organized. The associates are great and the order pick or in store purchase is seamless.

they have a racist guy at the main door that when you exit tells you thanks for coming and since he is a coward quietly he says don't ever come back. What a poisonous person.

The worst customer service ever experienced -- the "supervisor on duty" had no clue or it would appear can't even identify a longtimeRL brand loyalist. There seems to be an entire turn over of the staff, so the service is non-existent. Actually, there's really no reason to ever shop RL/KOP -- especially, when you get far better customer service at Bloomingdales or Macy's. Really a big disappointment that now requires a trip to Princeton NJ, or Prince Street where the team(s) are amazing and represent the brand well vs. not so well at KOP.

No reason to shop at Ralph Lauren KOP -- especially when you get far better customer service at Bloomingdales and/or Macy's in the same mall. Long-time fan of Ralph Lauren but that team really makes you question brand loyalty. Luckily there are other RL stores who truly value customers and provide the an exceptional level of service that you would expect from the world of Ralph Lauren.
