I was sold a GE cafe stove that is complete junk. Literally worse than the 35 year old stove it replaced. The burners are all miscalibrated so you have hell fire (on setting 6) and no heat on high.
Not to mention it is a fire Hazard.
They would not replace this piece of junk. They sent out multiple « repair » people.
I am out thousands of dollars. And buy the way I bought 10000 of products. So they don’t even care.
GE cafe is junk and so is Queen

Sheila at the showroom was so friendly and helpful. Then for delivery. First time an issue with our electrical outlet, second attempt it didn’t fit by 5/8th of an in and piece of cabinet needed to be sawed. Third time was a charm. Quinten was efficient and friendly.

They had the refrigerator I needed. When it was delivered, the deliverymen were courteous and thorough. I had been told to shut off the valve to the ice maker prior to their coming, but when I turned it, it kept leaking. The deliveryman told me he'd take care of the problem (note - the valve was in the crawlspace and he was tall). He did! Very impressive. I will certainly use Queen again if I need another appliance!

I recently purchased a new refrigerator from queen appliances (KOP) I purchased from Tim Potter. From the start he asked a few questions , figured out what I needed and had me put the door in a matter of minutes. I had a detailed e mail to follow outline my purchase and key details such as measurements etc. I was given a delivery date and the day before I had a call giving me a time frame . On the day I even had a call saying the delivery was 10 mins out . The a team of 5 arrived , took out old refrigerator and installed new one. I cannot recommend the delivery / install team enough. They were efficient, courteous, professional and attention driven . From dealing with Tim until delivery , I couldn’t recommend this company enough. Great service .

Purchasing was easy, but everything after was unprofessional all around.
Poor communication regarding delivery
Requested installation in email and manager (Becca) denied that the request was ever made, and made no attempt to reconcile the error while maintaining that the requested services have been provided.
Took about 3 weeks from time of purchase to get rebate information. It was also not mentioned to me that the rebate would be in the form of a visa gift card. Should have read the finest print and not blindly trust a sales person.
Fridge was dropped off at 7:15AM with a 10 minute warning.

I can only say wonderful things about Queens appliance. They Seem to be able to answer any question no matter what day of the week it is or what time of day it is. Their customer service was top-notch, including wonderful updates about when our fridge would arrive.

Queen appliance has plenty of products and choices for any consumer, as do many other appliances stores, but what made this purchase different was the level of care from Angie in the KOP and Phoenixville locations. She was patient, super knowledgeable, knew the right questions to ask, and was simply the best. We received our appliances on time, as promised, and by professional delivery folks that really knew what they were doing. Thanks to all, Angie, and the stellar delivery team.

Deliver, Installation, and haul away was awesome and quick. The workers were knowledgeable and upfront. Great experience. I have bought from Queen KOP since I moved there in 2018. Never had a problem. Great ppl to deal with.

Ordered exactly what I wanted and got here sooner than expected.
They were also able to remove an extra refrigerator for $25 while here.
The delivery men were knowledgeable and polite
