Horrible experience almost everytime I go here- the staff do not acknowledge you and when I went to ask a question to the woman at the counter she flat out ignored me.Pottery barn do better.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Pottery Barn in King of Prussia mall. The service was absolutely terrible. As soon as I walked in the door, none of the staff bothered to acknowledge me or offer any assistance. It was as if I was invisible.To make matters worse, there was one lady who was clearly on her phone for nearly 10 minutes. She looked me in the face multiple times but didn't even bother to ask if I needed help. I came to this store specifically to purchase a table that I had just been told was out of stock at the Pottery Barn in Glen Mills. The staff in Glen Mills suggested I try the King of Prussia store, so that's where I went.I was shocked by the lack of customer service I received. No greetings, no one paying attention to customers, everyone seemed to be on their own time and engaged in personal conversations. The lady who was supposed to be in charge of the table I wanted even stayed on the phone after she finished her call, looked at me, and then walked away without even acknowledging my presence.This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, and I strongly advise against anyone visiting this store. My visit took place on Tuesday, January 9, 2020, at around 3:50 pm. I hope that the management of Pottery Barn takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure that future customers do not have to endure such a disappointing experience.

Great experience and absolutely beautiful furniture! Linda, one of the designers here, was extremely helpful in measuring everything during her in home visit and did a great job recommending the designs for our dining room. We would be reaching out again soon for more products and to get her to design three more rooms for us. The delivery was fast and the installation was quick and efficient. Highly recommend this location and also the designer! Thank you.

The customer service used to be pristine. I find when calling to schedule an appointment, inquiring about an issue the staff is less than customer service focused in handling the customer. I’ve been told they are busy and unable to interact with the phone call . This is the second York couch we have had an issue with. It’s a shame. Pottery Barn used to be the best.

Really not happy - we had Deidre come out to help with decorations/design ideas and we never heard back - its been weeks now. We just moved in and where excited to get items and get going (she told us 2, 3 days tops to hear back). I would try somewhere else

The KOP Pottery Barn team is TOP notch! I worked with Becky and Margie and they helped narrow down several pieces I needed for my new living room & kitchen renovation. I highly recommend!

Absolutely awful customer service. For such a price points you would think the customer service would be better. Nope. Nickel and dimed over every little thing and shipping fees are out of control. I will buy all things now from Amazon.

I have never had a more frustrating experience with a company. We ordered a sectional sofa in November 2022. It was delivered damaged in December and we have spent the last 7 months trying to get the damaged section replaced. The company has canceled our replacement order multiple times without even notifying us. We spent over $15,000 with this company and they can't manage to get our order correct. Now I'm told they don't have any more of the correct piece in stock, they don't know if any more will be made and I can't place a future order. All they can offer is to create a return for the damaged sofa piece. What am I supposed to do with half of a sofa? I will never buy furniture from this company again and I warn all of my friends to reconsider buying from them as well. The way their system is managed is ineffective and their dealing with customers is unprofessional.

Why are people who work here so unfriendly? They act like they're above you. I suppose if you don't fit a certain "look" they think you don't have the money to buy their stuff. Appalling.

Whoever was answering the phones at PB on Monday, 2/27/23 at 10:26am was rude and unprofessional. I didn’t get her name, but she was brash, rude, and not a good representative of the brand. Further, she missed an opportunity to make a great sale, & as soon as I asked her a question, she, in her impolite way of brushing the customer off, put me on hold. You could tell from the minute she picked up she couldn’t be bothered to help customers. What a shame. She’s single-handedly losing this location lots of customers and money!

Did you ever try calling to see if they had an a certain something in their store in KOP? Worst costumer service! How big is their robe section? I called and I think a “Margie” answered. I asked if they had any big fluffy robes-the fluffiest robe they offer. They were silent for a few seconds and then asked for the name of the robe. I asked if they could just walk over (it’s literally 10-15 feet away from the phone) to see what they had. They said again they needed the name of the robe. Fair enough. I went on line and saw that it was called The Teddy Bear Robe. I called back and a different person answered. I asked if they had the Teddy Bear robe in a medium. The person paused. How rude? Is it a thing to pause and seem annoyed? They asked me for the item number. I explained nicely that the previous person (Margie) said they only needed the name of the robe. They repeated that they needed the item number so I asked if they could just walk to where the robes were and tell me if she had any Teddy Bear robes. She asked me to hold and was back on in literally 8 seconds and said the only had a black one in a small. How hard was that? So rude! Never shopping at the KOP store again. Or maybe I’ll go in and complain about how rude they were.

Worst of all, the dining room table wasn't refunded after return - and it has been a couple months since they came and picked it up. The table was expensive, seemed to be an unfinished sponge, not appropriate for food or drink, and especially not with children. At this point I wish we didn't order another one from them, but don't worry that hasn't arrived or been scheduled yet either.
