I went to this eye doctor for the first time recently and the eye doctor insisted on putting my contacts in for me. I’ve had contacts for 15+ years and never experienced an eye doctor putting in contacts for me ever before. When she put in my right contact she must have had something in the contact as it burned and I was in a lot of pain. Fast forward a week and I now have a stye for the first time ever because her hands must not have been clean when she touched my eye. I will not be going back to this place again.

I will not be returning to nor recommending Pearle Vision due to my recent experience. I scheduled an appointment with a specific doctor, only to be assigned to another doctor without notice from the office. While the visit was ultimately positive, in trying to fill my contact prescription, it was denied due to an invalid axis number for the brand of contacts listed on the prescription. I called and left two voicemails to correct this issue and follow up on the contact trials I was provided. It has been almost two weeks without any response from the office.

I hope they understand measuring pupil gap test is FREE in Costco. They don't share the info as if that is magic number.
They do have nice glasses and good sight test room and few good members. I hope they value someone else's time and effort.

Forced fee of $39 for a retinal scan with every routine eye exam. The scan isn't covered by insurance and paid out-of-pocket, no option to decline it. Found out after the appointment that they're owned by private equity, which explains the extra charge. The exam was fine and the doctor was nice, but I'd recommend finding somewhere that isn't owned by private equity for a better experience.

I've been to this location multiple times. Starting off I worked with some employees who didn't really know what they were talking about and just wanted to get people in and out of the store. On my fourth visit in, I worked with Lisa. She went above and beyond. She really knows her stuff and took the time to examine my prior lenses to determine the correct prescription and lens type. Turns out my eyes are non poly adapt and I needed high index lenses. If you feel you're being rushed or you have an issue with your lenses, ask for Lisa, she's one of the best.

I just did not have a good experience here. Very limited selection of frames, and the salespeople hover and drive you crazy while you’re looking. The redhead with glasses literally would not leave my side the entire time I was trying on frames (also commenting on every single thing I tried on), which was super annoying. After choosing frames and ordering, I wasn’t super happy with how they turned out (the lenses looked super thick despite ordering the most expensive, high index lense option, and they also didn’t tell me that the blue light protection coating gives the lense a yellow-y hue)… but by the time my frames arrived 3 weeks later, I was told that it was past their 2-week exchange policy. I would have given this Pearle Vision zero stars, but the optometrist was very good, and that’s the only redeeming quality I felt like this place had. Will not be going here again.

Excellent service from the pre-exam and doctor's exam to ordering. Staff was extremely pleasant and personable. Highly recommend!
