Outstanding Customer Service - who says customer service is dead? Thrives and is alive at Patio.com KOP. Product Knowledge - 5 stars - Mike guided us through the process with very helpful suggestions. Selection - 5 stars - We could not find what we wanted anywhere else, found in enhanced version of what we thought we wanted originally. Customer service - 5 stars- Mike went so far as to accommodate a chair color change at no charge after we had placed the order. Flexibility - 5 stars - Delivery had to be delayed/rescheduled multiple times due to construction delays.

They have a great selection of outdoor furniture at really good prices. Though it is a little tricky to get to, their showroom is right in King of Prussia right next to the mall. GO THERE! You will be happy you did!They had what I was looking for and You will probably find something for you there too.

We were looking for a large contemporary style sectional and also a small dining table. I did not want to order soft furniture unless I could first sit down, try it and make sure it was comfortable. This store had the best inventory. I like that a lot of items are outside, so you can see how it holds up in weather. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

We searched for months to find high quality, long lasting outdoor furniture for our new shore house 3rd floor deck. This Kingsley Bate sectional is so comfortable and no pillows that blow off or need to be brought in from the rain-yeah!! Our telescope table is heavy with the hexagon style makes entertaining fun. These Kingsley bate chairs are super comfortable & again no pillows to remove - ZERO maintenance- thank you Mike!
