My tour and experiences at OMNIA thus far have been wonderful. The building is clean, quiet, very safe, and in a great location. The leasing office staff is wonderful. They are ready and willing to help AND are so personable. I cannot say enough positive things about OMNIA and highly recommend it.

My tour of the Omnia was nothing short of spectacular. Jeremy was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He provided the important essential information about the prior to the tour, after finding out what my specific needs are. There was no stone left unturned during the tour as he answered almost all of my questions before I asked. The community is well-maintained, has a plethora of great amenities, open floor plans with modern and sleek touches throughout the units, and is located in a great location with walkable access to restaurants and shopping. I appreciated the time Jeremy took throughout the tour in showing me the features that answered the questions I did have. Top notch experience, and I could see myself living there.

During apartment hunting, Omnia gave me the best positive experience within town center. Most important of all, Jeremy from the leasing office was extremely pleasant to work with since he is very friendly and professional!
Love the location! Upkeeping of complex!

Went there for a tour. unpleasant experience. We had 30 minutes left in the appointment window and the staff (Jeremy) refused to show us a sample apartment citing he has another appointment in 30 minutes for which he needs to get ready. Sample flat was in the same building as the leasing office but he refused to take us, rather showed us a 30 sec video of the place and gave a price sheet and asked us to look around by ourselves, where we couldn't get further than the lobby since you needed a fob to get anywhere else. Please add more staff or educate the current ones on how to better accommodate visitors and time management skills. Thanks

Sorry, but other than a good location, this place is a failure. Some examples, they nickel and dime everything. Yes, they have coffee in the lobby but no coffee cups (have to bring your own - why no paper cups?). Utilities work sometimes and not other times (no A/C right now, only 80 degrees in my unit and recurrent orange water in my shower). I'd rather drive 76 than through the parking garage where I have had multiple issues - truly dangerous. Management turns over on what seems like a weekly basis. Bottom line - there are better buildings/values out there and recommend you find them.

I really enjoy everything about this apartment complex. They keep everything nice and clean and all my neighbors are friendly and I always receive every package never a missing package.

What an amazing place. I was skeptical with all of the good reviews since most other places even in the same town center had a lot of bad reviews. But I have been here and I can tell you it all real. What an amazing place and amazing people running it. I love that I can do anything online or I can also just pick up the phone or run downstairs if there is an issue. We only had one issue with the hose on the back of the dryer and set up a maintenance call online at 8PM by 9:30 the next day while I was at work I git a notification it was all corrected. Keep up the great work. Thank You, Jim Minrod

The apartments and area are nice. We had some maintenance issues that took some time to clear up but it was around Thanksgiving so it was understandable. Any issues with the parking gates or elevator are fixed quickly. Staff are friendly and helpful for the most part. We forgot to pay rent one month after living here for a while and they didn't tell us until after the 5 day window when they charged us a fee, which is ridiculous. As someone who regularly pays rent, there should be a system that warns people about their lack of payment at least the day before the extra charge is added. This place already takes enough of our money they shouldn't be squeezing even more out of us.

I’m moving in! I chose Omnia because the building is beautiful and well kept. Just as important to me is the integrity of management. They didn’t try to just take a HOLDING FEE. They made sure I was comfortable and gave me time to make the choice that was right for me.

Really had the worst experience with this apartment complex. Terrible issue with noise above me and management is relatively unresponsive and unwilling to assist. I would consider any other apartment complex than this one. Be guided accordingly.

We lived in Omnia for 18 months, and we loved it. It’s clean and quiet, the admin is great, and maintenance gets the job done pretty quickly. I never heard any of my neighbors through the wall, even from the superior apartment, which was perfect. The appliances are great and new. I loved it overall. I had to leave the state for personal reasons, but it was the best place we lived in the 8 years in the US. It was sad to say goodbye.

Great location. Staff are super nice and accommodating but be prepared for astronomical rate increases. At the end of my lease they wanted a 30% increase.
