Really nice place to live. Helpful staff. Fair move out fee around $150 (we lived here for 2+ years) . Overall very good experience and I miss this place

I’m moving in! I chose Omnia because the building is beautiful and well kept. Just as important to me is the integrity of management. They didn’t try to just take a HOLDING FEE. They made sure I was comfortable and gave me time to make the choice that was right for me.

Really had the worst experience with this apartment complex. Terrible issue with noise above me and management is relatively unresponsive and unwilling to assist. I would consider any other apartment complex than this one. Be guided accordingly.
