Had numerous issues after ordering a pair of mens sneakers online. When my sneakers arrived they were womens and had pink shoe laces. I was told that I mistakenly ordered a womens sneaker but I showed them the picture and even if I ordered womens sneakers by accident why were the laces pink? That would've been a CLEAR indicator that the shoes were womens when ordering online. No one had an answer for that. I ended up ordering a mens pair of Alexander Mcqueens with overnight shipping and was told I would receive tracking info. I didn't receive any updates or anything so after a few days, I called and was told the shoes were there. The following day I went to pick them up and they had trouble finding them. Finally they were located but I also wanted to purchase a mens white dress shirt for my son and asked a male emoloyee for help. He told me that the dress shirts were not regular sleeve lengths and that I might want to go to Macy's or a regular store or something. It felt as if he thought I couldn't afford it. What type of employee sends money out of the door to a competitor? I do not like the stale, condescending attitudes and will shop elsewhere in the future. There's plenty of stores that carry high end merchandise and will appreciate my money.

If you need cologne/perfume, see Abraham at the men's counter. He was very attentive and knowledgeable of key notes. Side note: The Alexander McQueens shoe line is beautiful this season.

One of the last classics high-end department stores you can shop without having to travel to 5th Avenue NYC! Like Berdorf's. The perfume sales rep was polished, professional and knowledgeable... loved my experience ❤️

I purchased 2 pairs of prada shoes here. One was a floor model pair. When I got home and took a look at one of the pairs, the floor model shoe looked quite worn so I decided to exchange or return them at the store. I put them back in the bag until I had time to go back to the store, which was today. When I got there, I asked about an exchange, and the salesman said whatever they have is "out there" which wasn't particularly helpful, so I just decided to get out of there and return them. When we went to the register, he opened the box and accused me of wearing the shoes and trying to return them, saying it "looked like more than floor wear". Mind you, the shoes were still impeccably wrapped and the other shoe looked completely new. He said despite the fact that he didn't believe me, "he's going to take them back". What he should have said was "we shouldn't have sold a floor shoe at market price in this condition". I literally cannot believe I was accused of wearing a shoe outside and trying to return it. I may continue to shop online at NM, but will definitely not buy shoes here again. Giving 2 stars because Lynda who helped me with the initial purchase was nice and helpful (though she probably shouldn't have sold those shoes).

I can’t speak for the other shops in Neiman Marcus, but the Chanel boutique here is fantastic. The employees, especially Danica who was a delight to speak with, are friendly, professional, and make me feel valued and well looked after. Whenever I want to purchase Chanel items, this location is definitely where I’ll go.
