Good shopping experience but horrible product. We had our sofa for only a couple of months when the leather started to show signs of wear and tear (scratches, chipping) and the mechanized parts started creaking horribly. We do not abuse our furniture, no kids, one medium dog who doesn’t touch the leather. Customer service was dismissive and accusatory, and the warranty is useless. Please save yourself a headache and find a different brand. I feel like we shoved thousands and thousands of dollars directly into the toilet, which is where this sofa belongs.

Do NOT purchase Natuzzi products. We bought an expensive sectional sofa and before we owned it for 3 years, a seam split and came apart. The seam was under a headrest and was not even located where people actually sat. Natuzzi held firmly to their 1-2 year warranty and refused to offer any assistance in restitching the seam.

Can I give Natuzzi ZERO stars?We purchased two reclining sofas and a reclining chair from Natuzzi about two years ago for a total cost of $16,000!You'd think for that amount of money you'd be getting the absolute best furniture made. NOPE! Not from Natuzzi. The internals of Natuzzi furniture is all Chinese made junk. We have had THREE FAILURES in just two years of ownership. We are now on our second reclining chair. Both broke in less than a year of use!The first two failures were covered under warranty. When they came to repair them the parts were pre-sent directly to us from CHINA!This most recent failure is no longer covered under warranty. This is the replacement chair in the photo. Plastic junk that has broken in less than a year.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON NATUZZI

I would like to share our experience with our sales and design consultant. Katherine O’ Brien .My husband and I did walk in with many questions. So she first narrowed it down to what we liked/needed That’s the ?.We visited many times and she continued to welcome us.We purchased a 6 piece sectional with 2 end recliners ( the selling point) the 3rd recliner right next to the right end recliner! We had one bump in the road. It was resolved quickly. A big Thank you to Katherine for following through and making a lifetime customer.

Unfortunately our experience with Natuzzi was incredibly challenging. KoP and corporate staff are unreliable and lack follow through. We received damaged products and throughout the ‘repair’ process were strung along by their repair third party company and had negative experiences with the tech people who came —who didn’t hand us nor had us sign paperwork and submitted it as if we had. We had a tech tell us that a ’fat’ person shouldn’t sit on our ‘repaired’ chair and when we shared these concerns we were referenced back to the unsigned paperwork (that we had never seen) and that was the extent of the ‘investigation.’ We were given a phone number that no one ever answers and the email customer service was unresponsive. I believe someone called Mary answered twice and that was that…more referencing to the one sheet of paper everyone had seen but us.All in all if you have the time, go to New York and order from Lazzoni, it’s a superior experience. One sentence review- stay away and find more reliable vendors.

I bought a chair 15 years ago from Macy's, it was made by natuzzi, I didn't see buy it because of the name, I bought it because of the style and quality and I'll have to say, it's one of the best pieces of furniture I've ever owned!

Had a great experience! Our sales rep, Katherine, was very welcoming and patiently answered all our questions. Entire process was seamless. The delivery team was very professional and took great care in setting up our sectional.

I bought a bed. It only took 5 minutes for meTo choose and purchase the bed. The leather strap for the bed had a lose button which I identified the day they delivered. I came back to the store left it behind asked them to replace it. They don’t answer my calls or my emails! The sales agent was Katherine O Brien! Unbelievable poor customerService!

Picked up the swivel chair on 9/8 and today is 9/11. I’ve only sat on it less than 2 hours... The design and quality is just a joke. Final sale no return no refund. I am wondering if the store was actually aware of this issue so made it as a floor sample, but it still costs me $500... Stay away from Natuzzi!

I really took a lot of time to think before posting this review, I was hoping this company and its employees at King Of Prussia mall will have some self respect and do the right thing and get my order completed and delivered, my order that was placed exactly a year ago. Phillip has been nothing but negative and giving fake promises, I have been texting and emailing him and his manager Beth and no response. My order was placed a year ago, after waiting 5 months, the living room came with wrong coffee table and wrong mattress ( sleep in sofa), the table was sreplaced after 2 months and the mattress yet to come.Also, sofa came crooked, very poor quality Two pillows were ordered and came in wrong color and size, still waiting to correct ones to come in. I have used all my patience and I will be pursuing legal action against this company unless a full refund for missing items is given. Stay away from this store, very overpriced and not worth the money you spend, plus very incompetent and unprofessional employees.

We bought a floor model couch during the end of year sale for about $5300, but didn't get it delivered until March because we were remodeling our home. When we removed the protective pad, we realized that the left armrest of the couch sagged. We called the store and was told no warranty on floor models. They were sold as is. We were shocked that they would not stand by their own product. Our first Natuzzi lasted for more than 19 years despite constant abuse by our boy. We felt that we bought a lemon this time. Buyers beware!! Natuzzi no longer lives up to its reputation.If we could give no star, we would have.
