The jewelry is absolutely stunning. It can be expensive but it is typically made of rare materials making it so unique. The KOP store was very friendly when we came in to have a watch bought in the Disney Springs Location adjusted for size. The staff is always very friendly.

Stopped in yesterday for the first time. I was greeted the moment I walked in and felt I was treated like family. I was interested in a watch I saw in the window and I was told the history of the company and the historical significance of the wood the watch was made from. I purchased the watch and I will be back for the rest of the collection.

I've been treated like a VIP from my very first visit. This is my go-to location for gift shopping for my wife - and she LOVES every piece I've gotten. Lori, the store manager, greets me by name even though I only visit about 3 times a year. And the gift wrapping they do - amazing!

Their jewelry breaks within a month or two because with is not good quality. They say they will repair and after multiple repairs they say they need 6-8 more weeks after having the jewelry longer than I owned it. Shameful. Will never do business with this company.
