Yesterday my husband and I came in to see Ms.NATALYA to open and account. The best experience I ever had with Bank of America. We also had other problem she help us with. 10/10I thank u again MS. NATALYA for your service and help.

This bank commits fraud. Mona rejected my check, would not give an explanation unless I drove down there in person. Then she claims she does not work there, would not give me her contact Nor a card. She claims to work for a different BAC branch. She had no authority to work there, yet she rejects my checks, claims to be the highest manager. Then declines to take any responsibility and would not give her card or a supervisors card. It’s a fraud. They have allowed people to claim to be employees, do work, then shirk any responsibility because they DONT work there!

I have been banking with BOA since my military days in 2003, and I have not experienced any branch like this. I've been going to this location for over a year and I have had nothing but issues, snobby attitude and unfriendly service. For a simple deposit into someone else's account ( deposit slip and check in hand) the want to know if you are a customer, they need your phone number, your actual phone to verify you, and blood. They treat me like a criminal for a deposit less then 2k. I've never written a bad check, I have never been flagged for fraud, I have never been flagged for anything criminal EVER!!! The Blonde teller is the worst!!!! I have already closed I've of my accounts and I will be closing my other 2. This Branch and everyone in it needs some professional training. Very unprofessional and rude!!!!!

I have been a business client for a long time. Not sure if I will be after today. This branch makes it's owe rules. One of my contractors could not get paid because he was not a member. Not cool BOA. ID was not the issue and check was for not alot of money. They have a limit on non members smh.

I hate writing reviews as i understand all businesses face their own unique challenges. However, BOA just keeps coming up short. Not just this location but just about every location in the SE Pennsylvania area. Today, i went to deposit a check at 1pm. But the staff had decided to already lock the front doors and the slidding door inside. When we say you are open till a posted time, please keep to that promise or post a note if you close early due to any number of reasons.

Was sent to this branch by the manager at the royersford branch to cash a check because the computers were down. I am a business owner and needed to cash the check to buy materials for a job. The manager said there was a $2500 limit on check cashing. The check was for $3000. Im sure she could have made an exception or even called the account holder to verify the check but didnt. After I spoke to the manager again at the royersford branch, he stated there was no limit on the the amount to cash a check. Poor service in king of prussia.

I am an account holder of this bank and will never recommend it. The service in KOP branch is horrible. I had an appointment for Notary signature, as per the website there is no restriction. When I visited the branch the Notary has told she cant sign any of the document including duplicate of the originals I carried. This was not the case when I went to another Bank (TD Bank) where I dont have an account but they happily signed all the documents. I am going to close my account which I held for over 10 years. Horrible service.

Not sure exactly why this bank is there, they are never open, there is no drive up atm and the atm inside has no money, completely useless bank, they should just knock the building down.

I have been a Bank of America customer for almost 30 years. I have been using this branch in 2020 due to some closures this year. Happy with the service every time.

This branch is a beautiful premises, location is convenient and welcoming. They had all denominations requested. They also have two ATM machines one inside the branch office and another outside as Drive-In. The ATM inside is little low maybe to accommodate customers in wheel chair as well. The ATM outside (Drive-in) is little high if you are driving a car but fine for SUV's :)
