My bag purchase experience was okay. Not the best I’ve had after purchasing many designer high end bags. I was not happy about spending over $1000 on a bag and not receiving a box. But now I will never buy an MCM bag again. I have the large Klara and after one year my hardware on my strap broke and they will not fix it. No lifetime warranty. Only 1 yr warranty and I have to pay to get my bag fixed! Trashing it!!!! It has turned into a horrible experience. I also called the KOP store where I purchased the bag and they were no help at all, no compassion!

Joia, in MCM was very accommodating, professional, refreshing, down to earth, loveable and just created a beautiful atmosphere. She made our experience very wonderful and we will be back because of her to do more shopping. Very grateful for her car and kindness.She is what MCM needs badly! As long as you got her, you got customers 100%Also we wish her and her baby nothing but the best! Anyone that shops there. Ask for Joia!!!!

BEWARE!!! Don't shop here. Shop another location. Preordered the Crocs Collab and got screwed by Sasha and lied to by Tanya the store manager. I could have purchased online and received my shoes but now I have a pair of $400 shoes I can't fit and everywhere is sold out. Supposed to send a return expedited label for a refund and also check others stores for the correct size shoe and now five days later I haven't heard or received anything from anybody. At this point they are 100% incompetent and I don't feel comfortable even returning a piece of bubble gum to this crew at this location. Just tell me from the beginning you sold my shoes to someone else and don't send me just any other size you have available. So sad such bad business for an upscale brand.

I noticed my review dated 3/18/2022 was removed off the KOP website. MCM couldn’t afford the public to read it because they would have zero customers. It is permanently on file with the Better Business Bureau.

Halle & Alura were AMAZING ! I was having a bad experience with customer service at another MCM store in Houston and when I called the MCM location located at King of Prussia Mall Halle & Alura turned my day around their outstanding customer service and phenomenal attitude made me so happy as a customer I cannot thank them enough for their amazing services I will be back to this location definitely! Keep up the great work ladies ! Great customer services makes people want to come back

The lady was very helpful and patient with us. I wish I could remember her name but she was a young black girl with natural hair that kinda spiral curled at ends. I have the big bag with the small one inside now a waist bag. Do you even call MCM bags fanny pack??? Send like an insult.
