Do not buy from this company! You will think you’re getting the greatest deal on the big non-returnable sale, so you will buy the exact size that always fit you for this same exact brand in the past - but when they DON’T fit at all even though the other 2 pairs you bought - same brand - DO fit - and even if you explain this in all fairness that 2 out of 3 pairs fit and the third doesn’t which is just so wrong, they will not listen or take care of you. They dismissed my legit sizing problem, and I was a long term customer. So it’s a dead loss and NO savings overall, I may’s well have paid full price for the 2 pairs I got on sale that do fit me. Soooo I’ll never buy from Marmi/Vanelli again. I’m moving on to other brands that are just as good style and value. I took the time to write this review in order to warn others!

I have been shopping Marmi shoes for about 20 years. I got hooked on them because they offer such great style in a large variety of widths. I recently visited the store at King of Prussia Mall for the first time and Sue the Manager took great care of me!! She was helpful, personal and very efficient. I drove about 2 hours to get there and it was well worth the trip. I love the fashion sense they offer - both in comfortable casual as well as professional work heels. If you have a narrow or wide foot - this is the store to shop. I used to travel into NYC to their store as it was the closest but King of Prussia PA will be my new stomping grounds. Than you Sue!!

Jerri!!!!!!!! She is a beautiful human being inside and out. She should be praised for how she does her job. She wants the best for everyone that steps in her store. the amount of comfortability I felt when she was helping me was astronomical. I can not say enough great things about her and how she runs this store. If anyone is in King of Prussia stop by Marmi and ask SPECIFICALLY for JERRI.

I love this store. they have great bags and (mostly) cute shoes. I found the PERFECT criss body bag in a cool snake print. perfect size, all leather, great quality!

Italian shoe house located next to Bloomingdale's. The store is small, you can pretty much see everything right from the front door. The selection of booties are nice especially if you're looking for animal prints. They also sell some really nice handbags. And again, if animal or in the case of the bags, snakeskin is your thing, you can't go wrong here.

I was looking for gold sandals for a formal wedding coming up. Tried two places with no luck and then decided to stop here since I saw a pair of sandals on the window. Went in and was immediately greeted. The manager, Sue took care of me. When I told her what the occasion was for my purchase she brought me plenty of choices to try on. I purchase a pair I think will look great with my dress and will be comfortable enough to wear all night. Great service!

I was looking for some really comfortable sandals and I had a lot of trouble finding them because I have a very narrow foot. I've always been a DSW kind of person and always walk past the store because I thought it was too expensive. I went in today and the shoes are so comfortable and amazing. They have a narrow width and there was a sale going on. I got a great comfortable pair of shoes that will last me a long time. Manager gave me an extra 10% off. I will definitely go back anytime I need a pair of shoes.

Great store! First time shopping here. I have had a hard time finding shoes since I broke my foot 2 years ago. I found 2 pair that are very comfortable. Susan was a great sales associate and a big help!
