I visited the Louis Vuitton store at King of Prussia while in town for the weekend. I went in with friends to browse and was interested in the reversible Neverfull bag. Surprisingly, no one greeted us when we entered, which felt off for such a high-end store. I stood looking at the bag for a few minutes while a Middle Eastern gentleman (an employee) chatted with a coworker nearby. Finally, after they finished their conversation, he came over, and I asked about the price. His response? A dismissive “everything is a 5-9 week wait.” It came across as rude and almost as though he assumed I couldn’t afford it, which was insulting and unprofessional.
Another employee eventually asked if I needed help, but the overall experience had already left a bad taste in my mouth. For a brand known for luxury, the service here was unexpectedly unfriendly and unwelcoming. I expected more from Louis Vuitton.

Went to the KOP store with my vintage speedy today. I went looking for advice and assistance on how to replace a missing zipper pull AND assistance with the zipper that was extremely difficult to operate. Upon entering the store, I was met with NOTHING! No hello, no “Can I help you?”, no nothing. After approximately 5 minutes, I was told that no advisors were available, but, that she’d let me know when someone was able to help me. Eventually, she (who, come to find out) WAS the manager) came over to me and stated she would get the process started. Knowing that I was unable to get the zipper moved enough to prove authenticity, the manager continually told me that it needed to be proven before she could proceed—she offered NO HELP and basically told me to figure it out on my own. Also stated that the repair person was on break and she had no idea when said person would be back. So, let me see…you’re the manager offering no help and the person who SHOULD be able to help is gone and you don’t know when they’ll be back. GOOD JOB at managing! GREAT JOB at providing customer service! How you reached management level is a mystery…how you still have a job is an even bigger enigma. I won’t even get into her judgmental attitude. Go elsewhere if you can, unless of course, you like being treated “less than”.

I have been at this Louis Vuitton location several times, and I have been very happy with the service I've received. I have been working with Megan, and she has gone above and beyond. Recently, there was a bag I had been looking for, but all of the LV stores in the area were out of stock. She made it her personal mission to find a bag out of state and have it shipped. She kept me updated throughout the entire process and messaged me as soon as it arrived at the store. Megan is an exceptional SA to work with and I will be sure to go to her for future purchases!

I don’t like leaving one star reviews, but I had an unfortunate experience at this store recently.
I visited the store to inquire about a cleaning service for the fabric strap of my LV bag, which I purchased in Honolulu a few months prior. While I completely understand that the store doesn’t offer such services, the way I was treated by the sales associate was incredibly rude and off-putting.
The experience reminded me of the infamous “Pretty Woman” scene on Rodeo Drive, where the character is dismissed due to her appearance. The sales associate’s suggestion that I should “just not wear it” was both absurd and insulting. I purchased the bag to use it, not to let it sit in a closet.
I strongly recommend that management invest in training their staff on how to treat customers who are clearly invested in the brand. A suggested approach for employees could be:
“Oh, you have the _____ bag, it’s so cute! Unfortunately, we don’t offer cleaning services here, but a professional and good quality dry cleaner might be able to handle that for you. Are you in the store for anything else today that I can help you with?”
Improving customer service and maintaining a respectful attitude towards all customers should be a priority for a luxury brand like Louis Vuitton. I know I left the store with the immediate feeling of how unfortunate that my bag purchased in Honolulu would be my last LV purchase.

The store was beautiful! But Appointments are recommended to avoid waiting. Staff was super nice and accommodating! Very nice selection of merchandise! I will be back for sure!??

Do not expect any customer service. Was told by Alex someone will be with me but I waited 20 minutes and Noone came hence I left without any assistance. Poor and pathetic.

Customer service was not helpful In the King of Prussia location. I took my never full bag there because all of the embossing on the outside has faded, and it shouldn’t have done that, and I felt that the manager was very condescending to me.

Thank you to Dari for making my mother and I feel extremely comfortable here. He was very professional and exceptional in helping my mother. He knew that she had waited a long time so he tended to her first and I really appreciated that. His customer service skills are top tier and he looks like he enjoys his job. He was thorough with the entire transaction and we couldn't have been happier. Thanks Dari!

Horrible service, a young woman did not greet us, did not let us talk, just interrupted my partner when he was going to say hello and quickly told him “You must wait 25 minutes”, without even knowing what we needed. The store was empty, she wasn't doing anything. They should review their service! In a store of this category, the service should be VIP as well as its products. Very different from the treatment of the others, we went in Bogotá and Miami, the treatment was extremely different in this one.

Worst customer service ever encountered before, especially given the prestige of the brand. Nothing to do with the welcome given to us in France or in Europe in general.
Despite the pitiful customer service and the mistakes made on their part, no apology, no gesture, leaves us waiting and above all promises calls to keep us informed but these calls never arrive.
Frankly, I didn't think that a brand like Louis Vuitton could have stores like this. The welcome is better in any other store!
