I bought a Louis Vuitton Boulogne nm mng bag about a year ago and I noticed about four months ago that my bag was peeling. I sent pictures to Louis Vuitton to see what they would say about the bag, the customer service representative I first spoke to laughed about my issue. Since the first initial phone call I had the worst experience ever...every time they promised me to call me back, they never called me back. When I called them again after multiple promises of a call back... the final results after having speak with multiple csr about my bag is that there's nothing they can do about the bag because a "foreign substance" was the reason my bag was peeling and that's why they couldn't do anything about it. Even tho no foreign substances ever touched my bag. I treat my bag like a baby... my bag has NEVER been scratched or scrapped on ANYTHING and NOTHING FOREIGN HAS TOUCHED IT! I mentioned to them that the reason my bag was peeling was because of the RECALL they had a couple years ago, and that it was the SAME ISSUE! They still said there's nothing they can do AFTER AGREEING WITH ME THAT IT WAS THE SAME ISSUE! But because it wasn't the same bag as the recall... just because it was a different bag...there was nothing they can do.... but they would replace the strap and the chain on the bag because there was a recall on that, but nothing else they can do to the actual bag.... This is after weeks mind you of no one calling me back and a customer service representative laughing at me. The supervisor that I ended up speaking to at the end told me that there's nothing they can do even after all that I've been through. That everything I was told was accurate, and even though it was a different bag with the same recall issue, they still can do nothing about it and hung up on me. They still have my bag currently there have been no updates, emails or callbacks from any supervisor or customer service representative in regard to my bag, even though again they promised there would be.... I will never be purchasing anything from Louis Vuitton and I will be selling all my current pieces including my Vintage pieces as well. A$2500 bag should not be peeling. Especially a Louis Vuitton bag. Please let me know if you guys have experience this issue and what was the result of the issue...

I agree with the other reviewers. Customer service is so bad that they just ignore you for long. I asked 2 SA’s here after waiting for long if someone could help. One of them told let me find you help and just was doing her own thing. Finally a nice Asian SA came to my help. I do like my purchase but the experience was so bad that thinking of returning my bag , feels like it’s not worth it

My experience yesterday was wonderful! Thank you mary-ann/mariane (i apologize her name was not on my receipt, so i am unsure how her name is spelled). She was so kind and patient, she gave a tour of the store and was very very helpful. I am so happy with my purchase, thank you so much!! She even tied the bandoulier on my bag too❤️❤️

Colten is a wonderful brand representative. His enthusiasm dedication and just overall passion for the brand surpasses anything I’ve ever seen before. Although I may Not be a regular of his. He treats me like I’m one of the rockstars that drops millions of dollars at that store. My experience is fantastic every time I walk In. It’s people like Colten that make the experience so worth while. If I could give 100 stars I would. Wonderful experience

I purchased my wallet from here. I’ve been to several different LV stores from up north to down south(Miami)and out in Texas, and I love the special treatment of a sparkling or flat water and sometimes a snack.My customer service experience was prompt and wonderful. I appreciate the assistance and patience, being that I came in a bit before the mall was closing. I purchased the wallet I wanted and I am pleased. Thank you LV of KOP!

Kelcie Schmidt is the team manager here, who does not demonstrate great customer service. She is rude. I can in the store 10:20 am, I asked Ms Kelcie if she can show me the men wallets, she shows me two, but as I see she opens the drawer she has more wallets. So I asked her if I could see the others, she gives me a hard time, so I asked her if someone else could assist me. She as she walks to the back she makes a smart remark to another associate and said “ I LOVE IT” Which I took it as she was being sarcastic. People like her should not being managing people, she is suppose to lead by example.I am pretty sure Louis Vuitton has core values, she doesn’t demonstrate them. Please get a new manager for the men’s department she’s horrible. Sabria helped me and made my experience better, she needs to be in management.

Alec- he is terrible at customer service-We are spending $6000 on bags and he is acting like he is doing me a favor. Unfortunately, he can keep his bags as Versace is next door and they deserve my $$$$.

Great help . Went in for a few minutes and got some help from right away. We were the last ones in. There was an even at 6pm and stay after a few extra minutes for it to be wrapped up.Sorry and Thanks to our guy Sunny for the Help

I wish that I could give less than one star.Received a book about LV jewelry for my birthday. Too heavy to even read and not very interesting. Since it was a gift and I didn't have a receipt, I called the store. There is not a way to reach the store directly. ALL CALLS GO TO A CENTRAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AREA. The first person I spoke with was rude, told me that they couldn't look up the gift, and policy stated only 30 days and must have receipt for return, despite the fact that this was a gift. I asked that they look up the gift giver to locate a receipt. The associate refused. When I asked for a manager, she said that there aren't any, and that anyone in her department would not offer more help. Since her only agenda was to place obstacles, I called back and reached a better associate, who understood the problem and reached out to the store to have someone call me. A manager called and told me that I could return the book by 1/6 but needed a receipt. Although I hated to offend, I called the gift giver and obtained the receipt. After having my husband carry this heavy ridiculous book through the mall, the store associate said that there should be an icon on receipt to click for return. There was no icon. We verified by calling the gift giver from the store. Finally, the store grudgingly issued a store credit, although I asked that the credit be issued to the gift giver's account. Although they had the order number, gift giver's email address and phone number, associate said that they couldn't do that, giving no rational reason. Asked for a manager. We asked for help finding something somewhere within the price range or about $100 higher. Both the associate and manager just shook their heads. I now have a message in to the Customer Service Center associate who had originally helped me to see if she can void the store credit and issue a real credit to the gift giver. The manager handed me his card. It has his name, AMR ISSA, ASSET PROTECTION MANAGER. Asset Protection Manager???!!!!! That says it all. Louis Vuitton is all about them and not at all interested in the customer. I'd never walk into that store again.With no ability to call the store directly, with staff who only put obstacles in the way for return or purchase (see above re request for other store purchase options), this is the worst business that I've had the misfortune to deal with in a very long time. Stay away- there are many better retail options!

I came looking for a wallet and after shopping around ended up back here. The customer sales rep was absolutely amazing, I only wish I remembered his name so I could give him all the credit. He was attentive, had great suggestions, and showed me some really cool stuff.I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the mall. I would highly recommend.
