I had the absolute worst shopping experience ever at this location. I bought 3 pairs of jeans a week ago and they just went on sale this week. I asked for price adjustments (my items had tags on and never worn). The sale associates (2 girls working this Sunday afternoon) refused to do the adjustments so I decided to just return and re-purchase with the discount. While I was retrieving the items, the sale associates were discussing the matter with other customers in line while pointing and rolling their eyes at me. When I brought the items back to the counter, they refused the return and called what I was doing “unethical” and “violation of integrity”. I felt extremely disrespected and bullied, I will never return to this store ever again.

Wonderful customer service! Etienne was so courteous and such a lovely young man. You should recognise him as today he was the best possible ambassador for Levi’s.

Good selection of clothes. However, when we walked into the store we told the guy working there that we were just looking around for jeans for my daughter. We were then told that they “didn’t carry kids sizes” and that they probably wouldn’t have anything that would fit. My 17 year old daughter was rightfully upset since she isn’t even kid sized. Overall the service was okay and we did end up finding jeans for her that fit.

This listing says they are closed, but they just moved to a different spot in the KOP Mall. They're now by the Neiman Marcus entrance. Super helpful employees!

Gave them two stars for the selection of Levis clothes, which is great. After my first two visits where they made fun of not only the cookies they gad (classic shortbreads), but me for liking them, I at least expected them to remember me. But they don't. More importantly, the woman we dealt with on our third trip was clearly interested in selling the jacket my daughter first tried on, not what she wanted. And their POS terminal is not "state of the art" and horribly user unfriendly. I won't be going back any time soon.

They just opened. They already have amazing people working in there. Kind, friendly and fashionable. Clean store and easy to navigate. Congratulations on the opening day! Get yourself some jeans!

Blown away by my experience here. I will NEVER buy jeans anywhere else and I live in Atlanta. The entire team made me feel like I was the most important person in the world. I got honest feedback on everything I tried on. They even got me out of my comfort zone and urged me to try a style I had no interest in—they're now my favorite pair of jeans. I know I can buy Levi's all over the world, but my store is KOP.
