Staff and doctor were great. I will definitely go back again. Special kudos for the staff member who called me the night before to remind me about the appointment. She also helped me with directions once inside the mall.

Dr. Kozak is very patient and detail oriented. She takes her time to explain and health concerns, using patient-friendly videos to make sure you understand any conditions. She then explains whether it is an immediate risk or something we track. Great doctor!!!

We love the staff here. They make us smile and laugh every time we come in. They take the time to help us get the best deals when appropriate. The doctors take their time with the patients and explain concerns and conditions to them.
