At the end of the day, it gets the job done... but LA Fitness cares about revenue far more than providing a good service. All the standard equipment is extremely dated, meanwhile they invest heavily in a recovery room & personal training center - anything they can try to upsell. They also refuse to tell you how simple cancellation really is. I was told only one manager can process cancellations, otherwise I would need to mail in forms to the corporate office.... In reality, it's a one-click process on your online profile.

No lost & found for a place that 1000's a day shower and change. Almost certainly something would be left behind.
Also, equipment breakdown and don't get fixed, one set of LED lights have been out in basketball court for over 3 months.
Need better oversight, but the location is great.
Well, now the court is gone all together. Very poetic place!

Came in for a day pass and Andrew at the front desk was great— super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Facilities were clean, organized, and well maintained! Definitely will come back.

I use to come to this gym all the time. They removed the basketball/volleyball court to put in a PRT room for the personal trainers exclusively which is so inconsiderate to the regular and loyal gym goers. They also removed the spin room and put a Temu version spa in there that is overpriced. So no cycling, no basketball, no volleyball. Cutting off a quarter of the gym and asking for a significant amount of more money to use the new add on programs on top of your monthly membership already makes absolutely no sense to me in this economy. Maybe it’s time to go back to planet fitness. I hope this helps

Reception at this location is always so helpful and friendly. Max and Hayden got my partner and I situated with ease. Location is clean and has plenty of equipment. Wasn’t too packed in the evening either. I recommend!
