“I recently had my first experience at The Tile Shop, and I couldn’t be happier! I initially scheduled an appointment with Mariana, but she was busy when I arrived. She kindly connected me with Sarah, who was fantastic—her knowledge and patience made finding the perfect kitchen backsplash a breeze. Sarah helped me order everything on the spot, and I received the tiles within just three days. She even went above and beyond by lifting the heavy boxes into my car’s trunk, which I appreciated. With customer service like this, I won’t be going anywhere else for my home tile projects. Highly recommended!”

“We worked with Ferguson to purchase all of our appliances, fixtures and lighting for our home. We specifically worked with Molly C. in King of Prussia who is extremely professional, responsive and helpful. We had a fantastic experience and all of the recommendations were perfect! “I recently took the **Must Know Baking Secrets** class at Sur La Table, and it was absolutely incredible! Led by pastry chef **Melissa**, the class was both fun and educational. We made three delectable treats: a perfectly risen soufflé, a silky butterscotch pot de crème, and a stunning pear tart – all of which were so delicious, I couldn't pick a favorite!

What made this class even more special was that it was just me and one other person. It felt like a private lesson, and we got to ask **so many questions**. Melissa shared tons of baking tips and tricks that I never knew – it was definitely a learning experience I'll carry into my own kitchen. Plus, the class was very hands-on, which made it all the more enjoyable.

I'm already planning to go back for another class soon! Also, if you book in-store, you get $10 off a class, which is such a great deal. Whether you're a seasoned baker or just starting out, Sur La Table’s classes are a fun and delicious way to learn new skills. Don’t miss out!”

“Trimika was an exceptional sales lady! She helped my husband and me find what we were looking for, and, when that pan turned out to be too big for our needs, Trimika went above and beyond to find something that would work for us and that was in our budget. We also asked her about other products of interest, and Trimika made sure that we had all of our questions answered thoroughly. If she didn't know the answer, she went out of her way to get the right answer from her manager, Jessica, who was also very helpful to us. Both of these ladies deserve raises and bonuses for their excellent service! Thank you both!”

“We could not be happier with our recent experience at Colonial Marble and Granite. Dimitra, our sales representative was patient and knowledgeable. The craftsmen who templated and installed our countertops were accurate, careful and very accommodating. All along the way, we felt that everyone went out of their way to give us a perfect experience. We truly love our new quartz countertops: they are beautiful and elegant.”
