I had a great time shopping for beautiful clothes in this store. Great service so I didn't have to get dressed between each group of clothes I tried on!

Went in to look for dresses for a wedding at the King of Prussia mall location and the store clerk definitely was super rude and kinda racist? She totally looked me up and down as I walked in and then proceeded to not greet me or anything.. mind you there was no one else in the store either. I assumed she was in a bad mood or had a bad day but then not even a minute later a white woman walks in and she proceeds to greet her warmly and compliment her dress! At this point I was already uncomfortable having faced my first passively racist incident in awhile but as I walked out the store I still smiled at her and she saw me and looked away! Man you guys really need to train your employees better.

Not usually shopping for womens clothing, but went in with my wife. great stuff - extremely helpful staff.

The atmosphere is quite nice but one of the ladies can be quite...vocal in thier opinions. Good for indecisive customers, but personally off putting to me.

I'm incredibly disappointed in the service I received at the King of Prussia store. I bought something on Black Friday at 25 percent off. I then get an email for an extra 40 percent off 3 days later. I called the store to see about getting a price adjustment and they said they won't honor that as sale items are excluded even though the email clearly stated extra 40 percent off sale items. I will never shop there again as that policy is ludicrous. You would think given the current situation that they would be grateful for the sale and we were only talking about $60 difference. Very poor customer service. I'll stick with Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus in the future

Although I live in San Antonio, Texas, with a wonderful Johnny Was at La Cantera, I want to give this review to this Johnny Was location. I usually buy the beautiful tops, tunics, jackets at my San Antonio location but occasionally order online too. I ordered a beautiful Tunic, size small which is what I always wear. However, when I received the order the tunic was way too small. After calling the Customer service to see about exchanging it for another size, I was told the tunic was sent from the King of Prussia store and someone would be contacted me to discuss the exchange. In a very short time, Lydia, the assistant manager from this store contacted me, I told her about the problem with the size. She was very kind, helpful, emailed me a prepaid label to send my item back, and said that when they receive my tunic, she will send me the other size. I sent my item back, and the day it was received at their store, she sent me the new one, which I received in two days. She was very nice, polite and corrected the problem right away!! I appreciate all she did to make this exchange with no problems. If you haven't shopped at a Johnny Was, you need too. Everything is beautiful, high quality, gorgeous embroidered clothing you will love to wear, once you get a few pieces, you will be addicted. Again, thank you so much Lydia for your help and exceptional customer service. Johnny Was is very fortunate to have you.
