Absolutely amazing experience at this Jimmy Choo location! My sister and I drove 2 hours here just because the reviews were so great compared to other locations near us. Well, it was ABSOLUTELY worth the drive. Every single person who helped us was extremely kind and helpful. Jimmy was our sales associate and he was AH-MAZING. I came to get my wedding shoes, which I had been researching for a while now. He made sure to ask all the questions and pulled many options. I never felt pressured and he was so fun to talk to. I ended up getting my dream shoes! Because they didn’t have my size in the shoe at the store, Jimmy had to order them and assured me they will be perfect when they arrive, which I know they will be. This trip was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend coming to this location if you want to go to a Jimmy Choo store. We will be back!

Went in to consider buying my wife a pair of $950 shoes and they tried to sell me a matching pocketbook for only $1,750. I walked over to Neiman Marcus and purchased the shoes.

Wonderful experiencing while purchasing my shoes, but requesting a warranty repair was a different story. After arguing to have most of the repairs done, I was told to super glue the remaining flaws. The shoes were not returned cleaned, or even in a Jimmy Choo bag.This is not the service I’d expect from a luxury brand. I will not return.

I had an excellent experience shopping for my wedding shoes at Jimmy Choo, King of Prussia. This is a beautiful store, and the staff are phenomenal. A wonderful young lady helped me narrow down different styles of bridal shoes and I happily went home with my dream-shoe. After the wedding, the Jimmy Choo staff helped me arrange cleaning and repair services for my shoes. Thank you!

I went into Jimmy Choo with intentions of only looking but after meeting Jimmy Redshoes, everything changed. He greeted me and a friend with the utmost grace and conversed with us as if that wasn't our first time speaking. He picked out an amazing shoe for my trip to Paris later this year and am thrilled he's going to personalize it for me. I thought about going to another store for a different shoe but am choosing to stay with Jimmy Choo because of the excellent customer service. I enjoyed speaking with Jimmy so much that I took my husband to meet him and he loved the service as well. Jimmy Redshoes is AMAZING!! He has impeccable taste, is very intuitive and is oh so gracious.

Horrible horrible I went in and purchased a pair of $1,000 shoe for a wedding that i was attending mind you I do not like Jimmy choo shoes but I saw this one shoe and feel in love l first, they lied to me about when the shoes would be delivered for picked up at the store my fiance had to threaten them before my shoes suddenly came in secondly, they ordered the wrong color and tried to argue with me when I told them that wasn't the color that was ordered so I left the shoes in the store and asked for my money to be refunded it took 20 plus calls which later became threaten because I was frustrated from me and my fiance before my money was deposited after 2wks I will never ever purchase from them again this was my first experience and my last experience
