J Jill is one of my go-to stores whenever I am out shopping for new fashions. However, the staff at the KOP location need to take a chill pill and think about how they are talking to customers. I asked the sales staff if it was ok that I head back to the dressing room myself - they said sure go ahead. I picked a dressing room with the curtain pulled all the way open that was empty. There was a blouse draped on the bench, but no hanger, etc. I was halfway through trying on my items when someone calls to me from outside the curtain "Excuse me...is someone in here??" Uh, yes, I am.... "Is there a shirt in there?" Yes, there is one here on the bench, do you need it? "Yes, I put it in there specifically for another customer to try on...." Her voice was dripping with contempt - heaven forbid I inadvertently took her allotted fitting room after I asked if it was ok for me to head back on my own. So I had to hand the item out to her while halfway dressed as opposed to her going back out to the display and pulling another shirt for the customer. She didn't even say thank you. Seriously, manners matter.

I am from Boston area and needed a few more days clothes and a dressier outfit. I’m am very familiar with JJILL and have visited many locations. I’m bigger on top than bottom. I can wear anything from a size pm to a xl , consequently I take lots of sizes in the dressing room. The staff was incredibly helpful in theelimination process , helping me look for sizes and colors, gently suggesting and not pushy or hovering. I especially liked that the staff worked together well. Made it a pleasure to shop.

Was in Philly for business and forgot to pack my garment bag! Had no business attire for my 3 days here. Ran to this store. Before I broke out into a sweat Rosemarie heard my story and literally came to my rescue. Left the store with outfits for my 3 days here and couldn’t have done it without her. Thank you thank you!!!!

Management of this store (and the whole company) has changed since my last review and I now LOVE it. Clothing is mostly casual and comfortable with nice color options and a wide variety of sizes including petites, and women's. Tall options are also available, but must be purchased online. The big change for me is the staff. Everyone is very nice, and always willing to help you find a different size, color, or style. They often remember you by name and recall things that you have purchased before. A recent example was when a sales person said, 'There are some new sweaters that just came in that will go with the velvet jeans you bought last time,' and she was absolutely right! High quality clothing, great service, and reasonable prices. Some of their products look like other high-end designer products, without the high end price. New corporate management has changed the pricing structure so that online and in store prices match exactly, and price adjustments can be done for several weeks after a purchase, in case a sale pops up after you shop. JJill clothing has become a staple in my wardrobe.

I like "J.JILL" But at KOP Mall not easy to feel comfortable. Sale associates and managers are pushing you to bay items that you do not need.... "Bay more , we have goal to do". Saying manager. Sure..... you need sale , but, be more discrete about your goals. Finally I am living. WHO wants to be target for helping sale peoples do their segment..... It was Clarissa Villanueva
