The staff are rude. I only went to this location because I had to pick up a package at nother store inside the Mall. They followed me round the store ,but never asked if I needed assistance. I work in management. As a worker you should definitely greet the customer and see if they need assistance. When I finally got to the register,the lady just looked at me. Normally I would correct individuals who are rude. She was not worth my time she took my items scanned them and I had to say is that it do you need anything else from me for her to acknowledge. They definitely need a training video on customer service.

Horrible customer service. They close the dressing room an hour before closing time. They won't let kids enter the dressing room with their parents
They have one person per dressing room policy, apparently according to the employee. What a joke.

Unreasonable manager, who refused to price match an item’s online price. I contacted the customer service and was told if I showed the exact item the manager could decide whether or not to price match online, which is a very vague answer—as if it’s a purely random decision by the manager.
H&M in EU has solid price match policy—if online is cheaper, the store will price match it. I don’t understand why H&M U.S. has a different policy—they just said it’s the manager’s decision, which leaves much to be desired.

The staff was extremely rude. I checked out upstairs and the man would not look at me, seemed upset I asked for a gift receipt, and when I did opt to purchase a bag, he grabbed and threw the items in the bag. I went to leave from the bottom level and the security alarms went off. I walked to the cash wrap on that floor with my receipt, told the cashier the alarm went off and was given an attitude with "well they aren't going off here". I responded that what I bought was a gift and didn't want to give a gift with security tags on them. She was annoyed I asked if we could check the clothes.
I worked in retail for many years and was never out right rude to customers. That store needs some training on how to provide good customer service. If I ever purchase from H&M again, it will be online only.

there’s no reason i should grab 6 items off the clearance rack just for one item to be actual clearance. i know i should lower my expectations for a store like this, but it’s annoying and i wasted my time.

Every time I’ve been to this store the fitting rooms are closed. It was ok when it was back in 2021, but now 2023, With the pandemic being over, I don’t understand how they’re still closed. I always just pick out clothes then put them back cause I’m not buying without trying them on

SA 740560’s customer service was terrible. she didn’t say a single word to me during the entire transaction (not even my total) which was already pretty weird but what truly bothered me was that she didn’t even bother to check that i still had a security pin on my pants. and now i can’t even go back to take it off because i live two hours away…
