Called the kop location on a weekday AM, spoke to a person with I don’t remember first name but started with an S. Made arrangements for an afternoon pickup same day. The time came and no show. I called about 4:00 and the office hours are for closing at 5:00. No answer, I called multiple times for at least 30 minutes. I called the main Hertz corporate number spoke with someone and then was put on hold 20 mins and after someone picked up was disconnected. Then I called again, spoke with someone put on hold again for about 20 mins and then they said ok, we will have a manager call you tonight or first thing tomorrow. A manager never called. Next day, I did get a call from S at the KOP location asking about getting a car, ummmm, NO. He apologized, offered no excuses or incentives for giving a 2nd chance. I had already called the KOP enterprise 2 minutes before closing the day of the no show and they answered the phone and were polite and I was picked up as promised and got a nice vehicle.

Book a minivan almost two weeks ago, today show that no car for me, so disappointed. Company should be broken again. No recommendations this company. Never deal eith it again.

This team helped us out in a pinch! Great service, fast, and reasonably priced. Should have gone with hertz from the start- stay away from Thrifty/Dollar.

Got there 5 minutes before they closed and they charged me $95 for one day for a ford fusion that was listed for $39 a day and said it's because they didn't have a lot of cars left. it was 5pm when I paid, they were closed. Horrible company. 1 star is way too high a rating for Hertz. Extortion. Now if I need to extend it one day I have to extend it 3 days because they're closed on weekends. They have a drop box that you can leave a car when they're closed but they won't allow you to return a car on Saturday instead you're forced to pay for the entire weekend $300. Hertz are literal terrorists and gangsters!!!!! It was $236 to extend for a full week but their site wouldn't let me do it, now I have to pay aHUNDRED DOLLARS A DAY! Someone should bury all Hertz executives under a prison. Absolutely disgusting

If it was possible to give negative stars I would. I had an 8am reservation. I arrived at 755am. I waited 20 minutes while they gave a car to someone not even old enough to rent a car. Then waited an hour while the representative tried to figure out how to to the paperwork. After an hour he told me they didn't have a car for me. I watched 3 other people get vehicles. I waited 3 hours. No manager has called me despite numerous attempts to get someone to address this issue.

Very unorganized. I was a customer of Hertz for over 10yrs.I’ve recently begun having issues with the billing with this company. I can’t say that it is particularly this location as it is more so the Corporation.I will be pursuing a complaint with the BBBI saw recently that Kelly Price had to sue them and I am not surprised.

This place is sickening I literally was expressing to Jim how they haven’t had a vehicle everytime I called in the last 6 weeks and I’m going through my insurance and he literally hung up on me and never answered after this place has been so unprofessional you would think because it’s in King of Prussia they would treat their customers right that is not the case here wow I’m shocked Jim needs to suffer some consequences he must do that all the time because he did that with ease

TLDR; Avoid at all cost. My booked rental is unavailable at time of arrival. No calls/email/notices about availability given to me before arrival. I paid the deposit and other car rental fees in advance and given no refund.I booked a rental car a month in advance. I received multiple confirmation and reminder emails. I paid the deposit and other fees in advance. I arrived to pick up the rental and was told the rental car I booked is unavailable. Even after receiving a reminder email less than 24 hours before pick up time.I was given no notifications about this rental being unavailable and they had no other similar rentals available for me. I was NOT given a refund or compensation for the lies sold to me.

A complete scam!! Do not rent from these foreigners. They will cheat you out of money by making up things and charging you after the fact. The worst experience ever. Do not rent from here. The guy has a terrible attitude of not caring in the least. Charged for a late return when He was not there and door was locked when they were supposed to be open. Says I was late but it was dropped off in time. Then he added other fees and the $54 rental ended up being $386! Tell me how that happens?! Two days of the cheapest vehicle they have.

Most terrible car rental experience of my life. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION IF YOU NEED A CAR. I booked a one-way rental to the airport and wanted to get the car early so that we don’t miss the flight because of last-minute rental issues. Half an hour before the scheduled pick up, I got a voicemail that there were no cars and a car would be available after an hour. When I showed up at the location, there was no sign of a soul, and the sign outside said “brb - helping other customers outside” (a complete lie). I waited there for an hour and called the rental office many times. Other people were waiting outside in similar situations. Luckily I found another car from another rental place within an hour (paid extra). I got a call from hertz after four hours saying my car is ready for pickup, what a joke. Unprofessional, unreliable and unacceptable.

The worst experience with this company. Guys don’t depend on this company (hertz) if you have work to do. Because I swear no matter the company you made a reservation with hertz website or the third party you are not going to find what you reserved and they don’t even have a courtesy phone call to let you know. I drove 14 miles and I had a job to do have my confirmation and entered the office the guy there have no manners no hi no welcome just how can I help you. I said I have reservations here my last name sorry we have no cargo vans or cars available. I said not even a phone call to let you know. He replied we don’t do that. Guys please go to enterprise rent a car. Wow the best well trained customer service with beautiful manners just the people you are looking for. And the best cars and they don’t have they upgrade it for you at no cost and huge smile.

Most of the times cars are not available for rent. Even if you book through App it will show booked but later it will be cancelled. So better would be to go there in person and book it.

My car was in an auto accident. This location is closest one to my home. They have NO CARS!!! My insurance covers rental expense. It’s sucks that they have not 1 New car. All cars are old and dirty w/ oil change lights and high mileage on dashboard. I was looking for something comparable to my car, to drive until my car is repaired. Unfortunately, for me the customer. I have to settle for a downgrade and be unhappy. Luxury cars don’t exist to this Hertz location. The staff rather you return the car and drive nothing. Rather than work to try and accommodate you.
