Place is a joke. I should have guessed that after the first two times I called (within business hours) when no one answered. When I finally got ahold of someone, I asked if they could confirm that they had the inventory for my reservation since I booked somewhat last minute. He spent minutes trying to figure it out and then claimed the "system closed out" and said he would call me back. Never did. Took my business elsewhere!

Booked online and when we arrived they did not have our car available. Only option for 2 days was $400. Worker was condescending and dismissive. Wouldn’t recommend.

Ibaul was great! Very knowledgeable about the different types of cars and answered all of my questions, great customer service. This location had the best prices from all the other rental places I looked up.

While the service and vehicles are good, beware that this location is blanket charging for tolls. I was charged $129.99 for the week with my rental for tolls, but the total tolls I drove through was about $35. An absolute insane charge that I was never told about, if I knew this I would have used my own ezpass. All the other Hertz locations typically add $4.99 per day fee.

King of Prussia Hertz is amazing! Sharif and Christian were super helpful in fixing an issue with my rental from another location (PHL airport). They were limited in what they've could change directly but contacted a manager from the airport and got everything fixed. I was never going to rent from any Hertz again but because of their A+ service I'd happily rent from them!

Called the kop location on a weekday AM, spoke to a person with I don’t remember first name but started with an S. Made arrangements for an afternoon pickup same day. The time came and no show. I called about 4:00 and the office hours are for closing at 5:00. No answer, I called multiple times for at least 30 minutes. I called the main Hertz corporate number spoke with someone and then was put on hold 20 mins and after someone picked up was disconnected. Then I called again, spoke with someone put on hold again for about 20 mins and then they said ok, we will have a manager call you tonight or first thing tomorrow. A manager never called. Next day, I did get a call from S at the KOP location asking about getting a car, ummmm, NO. He apologized, offered no excuses or incentives for giving a 2nd chance. I had already called the KOP enterprise 2 minutes before closing the day of the no show and they answered the phone and were polite and I was picked up as promised and got a nice vehicle.

Book a minivan almost two weeks ago, today show that no car for me, so disappointed. Company should be broken again. No recommendations this company. Never deal eith it again.

This team helped us out in a pinch! Great service, fast, and reasonably priced. Should have gone with hertz from the start- stay away from Thrifty/Dollar.

Got there 5 minutes before they closed and they charged me $95 for one day for a ford fusion that was listed for $39 a day and said it's because they didn't have a lot of cars left. it was 5pm when I paid, they were closed. Horrible company. 1 star is way too high a rating for Hertz. Extortion. Now if I need to extend it one day I have to extend it 3 days because they're closed on weekends. They have a drop box that you can leave a car when they're closed but they won't allow you to return a car on Saturday instead you're forced to pay for the entire weekend $300. Hertz are literal terrorists and gangsters!!!!! It was $236 to extend for a full week but their site wouldn't let me do it, now I have to pay aHUNDRED DOLLARS A DAY! Someone should bury all Hertz executives under a prison. Absolutely disgusting

If it was possible to give negative stars I would. I had an 8am reservation. I arrived at 755am. I waited 20 minutes while they gave a car to someone not even old enough to rent a car. Then waited an hour while the representative tried to figure out how to to the paperwork. After an hour he told me they didn't have a car for me. I watched 3 other people get vehicles. I waited 3 hours. No manager has called me despite numerous attempts to get someone to address this issue.

Very unorganized. I was a customer of Hertz for over 10yrs.I’ve recently begun having issues with the billing with this company. I can’t say that it is particularly this location as it is more so the Corporation.I will be pursuing a complaint with the BBBI saw recently that Kelly Price had to sue them and I am not surprised.
