Hey,
I am not a fan of massages had them numerous times and it just doesn’t do anything for me. I came here with a gift card my husband got for me and it was amazing! Not only was James great at his job he was very informative and understanding. I work a lot and my body is jacked up. He was able to stretch my legs and really do more than massage. He made sure I left out of there feeling better than what I came in. I didn’t realize how much my body was aching. I will be back in 2 weeks to have another session with James. He was very professional, trained, and knowledgeable of his job.

The account was suspended with no explanation and notification . I have lots of packages under the account but cannot use it. So ridiculous. A lady from front desk is so rude she even would not like to answer the questions. She is rush to close the conversation. If customers have any concerns/issues, is this supposed to be the altitude? I am wondering if she got full trained on how to be a qualified receptionist. This store is seems like a scam. DO NOT to subscribe the membership!!

Alyssa is amazing! She got tension out that I didn’t even realize was there, and was so knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire service. 10/10

Therapist wasn't consistent with the massage. She's started massaging me through the sheet until I said something. This was the first 10 minutes of the massage. Her hands barely touched my skin until she asked if I wanted more pressure. I said yes. What was done on one side of my body, wasn't done on the other. She stopped the massage 10 minutes before time. I thought she was coming back in the room. First experience like this. Next time I will request a man. Receptionist were great. The best thing about the whole experience!

Was brought into room well after appointment start and then appointment ended before should have. Total massage time was probably 25 minutes if even for an hour massage booking.
Disappointed. I am a member of a different location usually but did one in KOP due to scheduling.
Update. They contacted me and were very helpful and understanding of my unhappiness.

The front desk woman was super nice, I didn’t catch her name. However, my massage therapist decided she was going to sit in her chair the entire time and scoot around while rubbing me, sometimes only rubbing with one hand. I’m also pretty sure she cut my time short. I didn’t get to the location until 3:17 so even though we started early, no way was my hour up by 4:15, I didn’t even get into the room and completely undressed until at least 3:25pm.

I met my friend here to treat ourselves to facials. I had Marie and she was absolutely amazing. I have been getting facials and massages at hand and stone for years, and she is the first one to review my points with me prior to my service. She explained everything so well. I got the diamond glow since I had a few packages to use. My face felt amazing afterwards and I felt so relaxed. I live in Media but would definitely make the drive to see Marie in KOP

I’ve been a hand and stone member for 6 years and I have to say by far this is the most mediocre location I have been to and I’ve lived in 4 different states since I’ve been a member (NJ, NC, FL, PA) This location is poorly represented by front desk members. It’s minor inconveniences during each visit that would not call for a review but today was the straw on the camels back. The front desk staff acts like it’s them vs. the customer. I call to inform the location I’m running late. That I should be there within 10 min grace period but no longer than 15 min late (just in case). I am then told that they will need to ask the masseuse to wait and they “might” have kids they need to pick up. I didn’t know walking in 8 min late vs. 11 min late would be the difference of the masseuse not being able to pick up their hypothetical kids “from school” well after 5 o clock. Come to find out we would have only been 5 min late, but the staff was so unwilling to attempt to resolve I didn’t even want to go anymore. I honestly will never go back there, and will gladly remind my friends they’re wasting their time at KOP location. I bought $500 in gift cards at this location during the holiday and was trying to make this my new home location. I will now be looking at other massage memberships. It’s been a nice 6 years hand and stone. 2 stars only because Andrew gives an above average massage and is very knowledgeable on athletic injuries.
