The representative that worked with me was accommodating and knowledgeable regarding Gucci products made my investment more informed. I almost purchased a necklace.. Sadly I got snubbed for three entitled Karens as I was purchasing the denim slide I walk in and ask about the slide mid way through conversation a rep interrupts and tells person you need to go to the back and help the women (Karens) in the back now they are waving frantically at her the same rep turns back towards me and says oh now who was helping you...I turn and walk out the store and go back to Neiman's and get my Gucci's ...smh

This is the worst brand I have ever seen my wife brought a gift for me and I came to change the size once I got home I found that they gave me two right shoes they did not give me the left one I went to the store they said sorry but we don’t have the other one I asked them to return the money in cash they said they can’t the transaction takes a couple days the mangers were pretty bad and I will never get anything from Gucci for ever

Went in to purchase a gift for my sister; already knew what I wanted. But I also wanted to look around. No one rushed me asking can I help you but yet they kept a good eye on me. Other people enter that don’t look like me and they get asked if they need help… same storyline with all these high end luxury brands… the same happened to my husband and I in Ferragamo.

I’ve been here in the past and have had mostly positive experiences with all of the SA’s I’ve dealt with. That seems to be firmly in the past. I was walking by and decided to walk in on a whim to check out if they had any new socks (splurging on Gucci socks is my thing). The SA (didn’t get her name) said they didn’t really get many new socks in. She then scrolled through the website without even showing me any options and said that there’s too many socks in the back to bring out to show me. She could have asked me a few questions, curated a selection and brought them out. Lazy, incompetent and unmotivated to say the least.

Management at this location does not represent the brand. Gucci Corporate will just say they don’t have the ability to override any decision at store level. Not sure at what point Gucci will look to the reviews of this location and question what is happening at ground level. Don’t waste time at the Gucci store…I’ll still shop the brand..but will give the commission to Neiman Marcus or other locations. Gucci…when customer service becomes your first priority again…let me know please and I’ll be back! We definitely had a few good sales reps there…I’m sure they won’t appreciate the loss of us who come in and spend often.

Please note that refunds may not be guaranteed for returned items at this store. Despite assurances from a sales associate named Kaitlyn, who initially mentioned a refund within 10 days for a ring I returned, it has now been over three weeks with no reimbursement. Consequently, I had to purchase a replacement ring, resulting in two charges on my card without a corresponding refund. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. Despite numerous attempts to contact client services, promises to follow up with the store have yielded no results. As I plan for a large wedding and had considered using Gucci, this unresolved issue has made me reconsider patronizing this particular store for any further transactions.

Pathetic customer service for an ultra luxury brand. I gave two pairs of sunglasses for replacement/repair a month ago and have heard nothing since. I have emailed the KOP store 4 times and they haven’t bothered to even acknowledge the correspondence. I have also called client services (the number listed for the KOP store but that actually goes to a call center) at least half a dozen times and have been told each time that the matter has been “escalated” and that someone from the store would reach out to me within 24 hours. A week later, 24 hours still hasn’t arrived. Ludicrous.

Gucci KOP. What was once an exclusive service experience has become similar to service you would expect at a local department store. The Supervisors clearly don’t have the experience that a brand like Gucci requires. We will be taking our business to competitive brands in the KOP mall that haven’t forgotten that the customer comes first. Clearly poor leadership from the top. Didn’t even greet us when we walked in.

Worst customer service. No communication at all about an order. When they promise someone "will be in touch," do not believe it. You cannot reach the store directly, which is really infuriating. No accountability!

Worst customer service ever ! Try to get an update on my order that the store have to order for me online. I never get any update. The guy who take care of me said it should be ship to my house in 2 days and now 5 days passed still no update. When i try to call to get any update i got like trash service , they act like i asked for free! I paid already,i just want my stuff and just an update on my item that’s all i want.
