Extremely rude employee Denise accused me of stealing , opened my bags with no hesitation and after she realized i have nothing from the store she smirks and walks away , no form of apology of any sort. Very disgusting behavior from a grown woman.

Horrible experience I walked in and started looking at stuffed animals and then the employee said “we don’t want people like you in our store get out” and I said why and she said it’s because you’re black and I just left HORRIBLE STORE

I walked into the store and an this fat women was giving me and son dirty looks and would follow us around and even asked to look what’s in my sons pockets i felt very racially profiled

My son was looking at toys and this lady named denise ripped the toy out of my sons hand and told him to get out for no reason don’t come to this store it’s full of racists

Went here like 3 days ago lady was very rude to me and told me if you’re not going to buy anything leave I was in that store for less then 5 minutes smh

I took a trip to the KOP mall with 3 kids. Went to this store searching for toys for them i found 2 toys. I put them on the counter. The lady that was working there seemed like she wasn't having a good time at all. I tried to swipe my card... At first it does not work. After the second time now she is holding the machine and telling me rudely to swipe again. Then my transaction goes though. She then bags up the two toys and persists on THROWING them on the counter and just walking away. Not even a "thank you for shopping with us" NOTHING. I just sat there looking at her wondering why this was her response considering i was with 3 children that were good as gold. I didn't have a attitude nor was rude. Maybe it was that my card didn't work the first time. I don't understand.... Then I walk out the door and she is talking to her self stomping back to the cashier desk. I would like some kind of explanation for this behavior. Even the children i were with were questioning what they have done to have there toys THROWN AT US.
