I see complaints about the deli here and responses from Giant but nothing changes. The Deli people are terrible. What are you going to do about it Giant? Don’t give me an automated reply. In fact, don’t replay just fix it. Every time I’m there (weekdays or weekends it doesn’t matter) there’s always three people or more waiting to be helped. And there’s two employees in the back peaking out at the customers acting like they’re doing something. Then you have one person up front cutting meat for no one in line. And one incredibly slow person helping the line of customers. Your people seem to want to avoid helping customers. None of them are pleasant and some are downright rude and it’s obvious they don’t want to be there. The I ordered 6 slices on baloney sliced thin. The guy cut it a quarter inch thick. He asked if that was OK I said no it needs to be thinner. He cut another slice that didn’t look any thinner, I told him no. He cut another slice, and I just gave up and said OK. I ordered six pieces when I got home the guy gave me the three pieces he cut incorrectly. If this was a one time occurrence, I would not be writing this. Literally every time I go to your deli I’m waiting there for over 30 minutes.

Basically, the main reason I even still went to Giant was because of how unbelievably rude the deli guy at Wegman's is, but that ended today. The people working the deli at Giant today sat around twiddling their thumbs while I waited to be served FOR HALF AN HOUR. Four people back there, and only the new guy was doing any work at all for 30 minutes straight. They looked me in the eye, saw that I was waiting and frustrated and continued with their busy-work. Congratulations, you are now the worst deli in town.

Small store. Mostly kiosks. Hardly any works. At least the few workers who are there are friendly and very useful

At this point it’s my fault for not checking but once again, I bought a expired piece of flank steak for $40 that should’ve been taken off the shelf over a week ago. Whoever is in charge of rotating out the meat needs to simply do better.

The shelves are always empty and I can never buy what I need. First they blame covid, but now 3.5 years later and they still don't know how to stock a shelf.

Usually decent experience. Got shrimp, prepacked from seafood dept on this past Saturday. Ate it today. Immediately nauseous. Shrimp was a bit slimy but didn't think it was bad. Tasted ok. Been in the restroom for awhile off an on now.

It’s Wednesday, November 15th, 8am. My husband ran to the KOP giant to buy beer. We were having a cricket match party at our house (it’s live in India, which started at 3am), and ran out of beer. We were being told that it’s not sold before 9am. I’ve bought beer at this store at 7am on weekdays numerous times and that's what the website mentioned. I called to speak with a manager. A lady named Laura/Nora answered the phone and said the same thing. I asked to speak to the manager, she put me on hold and then answered again pretending to be the manager. I asked her if she was the same person I spoke to earlier, she accepted and said she couldn’t find the manager. I insisted on speaking to the manager. A gentleman answered the phone and said the same thing. He said that’s what the website says; I told him that I’m looking at it right now. He refused and then changed his statement saying that they only sell it if they have someone to sell it. I was already frustrated and didn’t want to argue. I don’t even know what that means. I don't know if that guy was even the manager. So let down!!!! NEVER GOING BACK THERE!!!

Giant is a great place to shop excellent prices excellent staff people at the deli are very courteous and very polite and very very helpful I didn't notice I had a small cut on the side of my leg the deli counter person went out of his way to help me offered me paper towel and was very courteous
