Upon my mom visiting this store to buy me Christmas presents, the employee at the front was incredibly rude and ageist to her. Absolutely disgusted by the comments that were made and will never shop here again

Nice clothes but overpriced and crowded. nice staff but our bag came home minus one of the items we paid for. I have been trying to call them and their line is always busy.

The assistant manager was very rude and had a attitude because of a mistake they made. She handled the situation unprofessionally and only dropped the attitude when we wanted to leave a message to the manager. She literally said “I don’t have time for this” when it’s literally her job?
