Nothing to dislike about this jumbo Free People location in the massive King of Prussia mall. Plenty of items to choose from and well stocked. Clothing, activewear, jewelry, accessories, bags, cosmetics, and more. The staff is courteous and helpful but not overbearing. Park outside by DSW Shoes to get best access and pretty hassle-free parking.

First time in the store and Colette was so helpful!! She helped me pick out the perfect denim jumper and even went in the back to get a style that wasn’t on the floor yet. I’ll definitely be back!

I came in with my boyfriend super happy from plans before this quick stop and my mood shifted after a girl with a nasty attitude was quick to try to drag me down to her level. The only character traits I remember was that she was very spray tanned and I believe light brown hair. I brought in a return, and the whole time she couldn’t look at me in my eyes and gave me such attitude. The place was literally dead, I feel like I would be understanding if she was overstimulated from it being busy but that was clearly not the case. When I left I wished she would have a good day and received no reply. How awkward. Usually I have no issues with this location and the team is usually very nice. Such a bummer.

Visited today and felt fabulous! I’m seven months pregnant and find it hard to look super cute with a big belly. However as I tried on clothes the nice lady encouraged me and made me feel great about myself and it really meant a lot. Wish the store had more things to offer like their online store. But otherwise it was a pleasure and I’m sure to be back again.

This was my first visit to this store, and I absolutely love it! Such unique clothing & shoes that seemed very comfortable yet stylish at the same time. This is my new favorite store!

I know it's the Holidays, but there were only 3 of us in the store at 10:30 am, and not 1 sales associate asked if they could help me.I stopped had to stop 2 associates to ask for sizes and they were very accommodating, but I still felt like a bother.
