I have to share my incredibly frustrating experience with a Bosch microwave that I bought for $1,400 just three years ago. It has only worked for a total of three months! After two internal board replacements, I'm still dealing with the same issues.
To make matters worse, Ferguson and Bosch's customer service is shockingly bad—worse than even the cheapest brands. Their solution? A $400 repair technician, which is almost one-third of the microwave's original price!
I urge everyone to stay far away from Bosch appliances. They are not worth the money and are of lower quality than many budget options. If you’re in the market for a reliable appliance, look elsewhere—brands like Amana will serve you much better. Don’t make the same mistake I did!
Most importantly, stay away from Ferguson. They sell expensive appliances that do not work and they do not support their products. Just go to Best Buy.

I recently worked with Chelsea Whiteside who was very friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me determine if the faucet I was looking at was compatible with the rough in I had from when the house was built in 2001. From there she helped me order a conversion kit to be able to easily connect the new faucet and handles. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner and I was able to install the new fixture within a few days!! She truly was a pleasure to work with and is an asset to the Ferguson Team!

Nice showroom. We stopped in on a saturday and spent over an hour trying to get someone to help us. After not being able to find anyone the first 30 minutes, we decided to ask for help at the front desk when we were told they would try to find "someone in the back" and to wait. After 30 more minutes and still no help or acknowlegement, we decided to leave. Maybe it was a busy day for them-- but they didn't seem to be bothered that we we clearly not being helped.

Bought a $2000 Bosch microwave from their company as part of a new home purchase. The microwave has worked for about 6 months over the past three years. I spoke with Kristen Lukach from their company who essentially told me 1) they cannot meet with me in person, 2) they cannot recommend a repair person, and 3) that I need to contact Bosch corporate for a repair (a process that will probably take months).
They didn't offer to help facilitate this process or provide any sort of consolation for selling such an expensive and defective product.
There are plenty of other places that sell these appliances. I see no reason to trust this company with your money. Just go to Home Depot, at least they have some customer service.
Stay away from this company as well as Bosch. See how many other 1-star reviews reference this company's "customer service."

We redid two bathrooms this winter. Danielle was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the daunting process of selecting all the necessary items. The ordering and delivery process went smoothly too. Very satisfied!

Placed an order of a lamp and it was cancelled an hour later due to being discontinued, despite being marked as in stock and ready to ship online. Terrible business/product stock management.

We are starting a bathroom renovation. We stopped at the Ferguson showroom to "look" and everyone was really helpful. When an item was delivered that was not what we wanted Heather was unbelievably helpful. She clarified several questions regarding the return and helped me order the correct items and get it all sorted in short order. She is wonderful.

We recently completed a bathroom renovation and had a fantastic experience with Ferguson. We worked with Heather. She responded to our questions promptly. Exchanges and returns were fulfilled easily and all shipments arrived within 2 days. The showroom is beautifully laid out without being too overwhelming. We ended up purchasing almost everything for the renovation at Ferguson since they and their website made the process so easy. Thank you!

Nice showroom but absolutely the rudest guy at the front desk. Clearly not interested in helping customers with questions about their products. Arrogant attitude and his only answer was to go on the website with no details or suggestions. He assumed (incorrectly), that our order wasn’t big enough to merit his attention.Thanks - so glad we drove 30 minutes to get there.
